Absolutely horrendous for a small business. Their customer service is poor. I purchased their ELD system, Encompass, and developed issues that related to noncompliance for the line of work I perform. They tried assisting me in different ways to meet compliance, even though I had asked to return everything. They refuse to honour their return policy, and every time you try to return stuff, they just transfer you to a different department.J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. Response

Whomever does there ergo training needs to be fired and told to go to the gym and come back when their spine and muscles actually improve to do more than just type and talk like you know something, I've seen so many examples of improper lifting you guys claim is proper, I can't tell the difference between J.J. Keller and *********************** with all the misinformation you guys regurgitate in these videos. If I get a workplace injury I will state I was following your guidelines and the attorneys can talk it out from there, but I since I will never follow your training I know I'm ok and in better health than ever following your procedure.J.J. Illegal Use of *********************************** I use JJ ****************** for their labor law poster subscription services and have it set up to renew automatically with my company credit card.Today, I received an expense on my card that did not quite seem right. As usual, I had to call and request a copy of the invoice and receipt. I found that the receipt was in someone else's name-a manager within our company but a completely different location and department and we have no connection with one another-and that his services were charged to my card.When I spoke to a sales rep (no name was given) on 5/2/2023 and explained I did not authorize this charge, have no idea what it is for, and asked why it is on my card, I was told, "We charged your card because it was the only one we had on file for your company."I then asked to have the charges reversed, the rep answered "I cannot do that," and did not offer any additional information or solution.My finance department has reported this as fraud and has had my card cancelled.Aside from this egregious act, JJ Keller's customer service is far below subpar and I would not recommend their services at any level.J.J. I used Driver Qualification and Drug & Alcohol services as a sole Owner/Operator. Terrible communication. Near impossible to get ahold of the right person. Cant sign-in online, says I am not a user even though I am still getting billed and have saved sign in info that I used many times. Can’t cancel because customer service cuts me off every time they try to transfer my call and no one responds to the live chat.J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. Response

Terrible customer service. Charged company credit card for filing "in progress" that was never filed. I called customer service requesting the return in progress be deleted and credit be issued, his response "You authorized the charge, we aren't going to credit you."Then he failed to delete the return in progress. We have used their Keller on Line training program for about 5 years with good success, not great, but it was reliable and worth the money. We have also used other services and training materials for a longer period. They changed their Keller on Line application about a year ago to JJkeller portal. The communication about the project was very lacking. Data migration was incomplete and we lost considerable functionality between the new and old program. They have been promising improvements for months to no avail. They were not answering emails. When they "escalate your case you need to call them in a week and ask what "escalate" means" We also get hounded to buy other products and services even when we tell them we aren't interested. We would not recommend this company for anything and are planning to make other provisions for our training records. Bottom line-JJK does not listen to the "voice of the customer."Review from Nick M

HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Just wanted a set of .. " Three day" ..trip, fuel and HUT permits to go from ** to upstate NY..with a four axle dump truck and pick up road salt.A complete day of telephone tag and ten calls later I finally got permits...with one back dated a day..out of schedule with the other two They have only a couple of people answering the phone ...and are usually behind twenty calls .. Be careful these people will sir charge you for unexpected charges and will break you. You can't cancel their service within the first year. Forbid you get in a jam and no longer need their service but can't get out and you still get charged for services you don't need??? I'm feeling ripped off. My suggestion register for the clearinghouse yourself and learn IFTA.
