              On 11/22/2023 I visited a doctor for a wellness check up. A wellness checkup is covered under my insurance. Instead of providing me with what my appointment was for Aurora without any disclosure used my appointment for establishing care with a new doctor. This appointment cost me approximately $480. Aurora does not disclose that you need to establish care with a doctor prior to a wellness checkup. Aurora benefits from having a high turnover rate with their doctors. My previous location for care through Aurora has had a 100% turnover rate in the previous five years. Which forced me to find a new doctor. I didnt elect to change my doctor.

              One particular nurse on Triage needs compassion training. Who wouldn't be upset if you are told one thing at 9 am on a Saturday and then after 3 more calls because you got no call backs, you are told something completely different. Very disappointed in Aurora ****** ******!
