I ordered my flooring in July of 2020; the floor is, so far, fine; have no issue with it; the initial installer that came, was very good and the part of the installation that was done that day, is great. However, the installer was not given the materials needed to complete the job. A transition piece between a bedroom that is carpeted and the vinyl flooring wasn't put in. I had to call several (maybe 10-12) months after the initial install before anything was done with this transition piece. They sent two people to my house, neither of which was able to get the transition piece to stay in place. Chad told me the job was completed. If this is how they complete a job, I'm glad they are not in the health care field! I was also told that maybe it's not holding because people are "walking on it". Well, duh! The interesting thing is that there is another bedroom in the home, with this same scenario. When the initial installer installed this transition piece, there hasn't been any issue with it. It is now November of 2021 and, despite what Chad says, this job has never been completed. In addition, at least 2 calls to the manager, were never acknowledged. He said he got them and was doing something about it, but how would I know that! I would think long and hard before purchasing from this company and I will never work with them. I'm paying my balance as I've never not done so, However, I have also never paid for a job that wasn't completed. The salesman we worked with, Trent was very good as was the initial installer. I wish I remembered his name.

The customer is right. We are having trouble with one transition for her floor. We have reordered the transition several times, in fact we have it on order again. We have tried different ways of installing the transition, including using a track, gluing the transition, and nailing the transition. But each time the transition keeps breaking. Although the floor was completely finished with the exception of the issue with the one transition, the customer withheld paying over $2000.00 until November 3rd 2021. I deeply regret the problem she has experienced with the transition but we will keep trying other means to correct the problem until we get it solved.
