    April 28 I put a 500 deposit on a new camper May 1 I paid in full and brought home.****** wasn't "prepped" even though I had a deposit down and an appointment to pick it up. No final clean or battery would be done and they knocked off some money as I didn't have time to go back and forth being well over an hour away. Once home rear light had water in it. We found a list of issues. I contacted them immediately and asked for a refund as it had too many issues being new. They said no refunds and it should all be covered under warranty. He stated the issues would have been found in the prep. Service app was over 6 weeks out. I had a friend call up for some service work and they were only a week to ten days out. I dropped the camper off for June 22 app and heard nothing for a month. I emailed asking status. They stated, " Parts are on order for your camper and we are still waiting for some of them to come in. I do apologize that no one let you know where we were in the process." They sent me the work order on what was done and what was on order. The technician stated he needed more detail. Still no call. When questioned, Oh yeah, we will get that fixed. The Service Manager stated no problem with the door then he actually looked at it and said there is a problem. Now there is damage to the door and it still doesn't close properly. Water will leak on the back where they cleaned the caulk and will cause rot and mold. Many more issues. They have also tried to blame me for not reaching out to them even though I did. Campingfor theyear will be over and we have NOT been able to use it. I have repeatedly asked for my money back. This camper should not have been available for sale. My Daughter just went to college and ****** Camper has completely ruined our summer of camping and making memories. We have had to rent, book hotels, or cancel vacations. I am expecting a full buyback and compensation as they have been in possession of a camper that is unusable. BUYER BEWARE

    The management and over all operation of the establishment is ridiculous. Over 2 weeks ago and put money down to hold a RV trailer for purchase once it was done being serviced and readied for sale. I hadnt signed any purchase agreement papers when i put my money down but when I needed to cancel my hold on the trailer about a week longer, and have my 6k refunded (do to unfortunate personal events happening), they not only ignored my multiple phone calls and voice messages about it over the course of three days, but also initially refused to refund my money do to verbally agreeing to purchasing the trailer. Another few days go by of me repeatedly calling and working my way up the chain and finally I get an okay on refunding my money. Well, a week later from said okay and I still dont have my 6k back. This place is a joke and they sales manager should be ashamed of himself for playing these stupid games and stringing me along.
