Had been a customer since 1972, had a appraiser that was unprofessional who made my family feel threatened. Made the complaint, to then be told take my loan business elsewhere. So don't believe they care about long term customers. Tried to be the loyal customer to now apply for a auto loan, was told to go somewhere else. Very unfriendly atmosphere if things don't go right. To bad, as other bank understood situation, helped us through it with no issues. This bank doesn't try to resolve problems that they create. I don't recommend anybody to do loan business here, "
