              This bakery has the worst customer service. We ordered several gift packages to be sent to several different people. However one of the gifts did not arrive at the stated time/date. It finally arrived 10 days after the date it was supposed to. This was a box full of delicate cream pastries..When I contacted customer service, for a refund, i was told shipping delays are out of their control. These were cream pastries that had gone bad after 10 days without refrigeration. O and H Bakery refused to refund my money. They also keep sending me their catalogs after i informed them that I would not ever buy anything from them again. They must be really desparate for business..
