              I had my car serviced at the ******** location for an oil change on two occasions, April 13, 2022 and January 2022. At the last oil change on April 13 ********'s had stripped the oil pan drain plug and was trying to charge me over $500 for a repair that they in fact caused the damage. The manager, *************************, refused to accept any responsibility for the damage nor would he repair the vehicle at no charge. I found this unacceptable as the oil pan had been previously repaired with a brand new threading for the drain plug and there were no issues prior to the service being performed at Richlonn's. The only remedy was that ********'s put a temporary plug in the oil pan and refused to do anything else, therefore leaving me with an undriveable car. I was forced to have the repair done at another facility, which charged me $100 less than ********'s was attempting to for the same repair, as well as a car rental for 2 days.I would like the refund of the $454.70 for the repair and $69.74 for a car rental.

              I've been doing business with the Richlonn location in Muskego for about thirty years. And with cars nearly twenty years old, I see them fairly often. At this point, I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. I trust their expertise and judgement. They are there to fix what's broken (and sell me tires). There's no alternate agenda. There's no milking me for peripheral issues. I keep my old cars on the road for a fair price. I get explanations that are more detailed than I can even pretend to understand. This is the way to run a business. Oh... and the people behind the counter are nice too.
