East will leave you hanging with anything they can sweep under the rug, warranty issues, ha, their approach to warranty repairs is if it costs them more than ten dollars to fix they deny the repair or say this is within spec or it is acceptable and isn't covered. Any dealership can offer you a certified used vehicle, but when these cars are purchased at auction, from Canada, that tells me they will buy a bunch of discarded, auction vehicles with odd problems and poorly repaired body or interior issues, and they will run them through with blinders on to certify them, charge you full price and leave you to find all the issues that your auction used vehicle came with. Buy better elsewhere!!!!

I picked up my brand new vehicle and it looked amazing. One day while washing it I noticed some bubbles in the paint. I found the defect within the first couple of weeks. I took it to Toyota East Madison thinking they would take care of it. They gave me the run around, had a regional tech look at it and the technician said it was due to a car wash, or tree sap. I took it to two different paint places and they told me that there was no way the defect was due to the two suggest reason by the dealer. The service department was barely responsive to any questions I had. I currently have a question out to them and they haven't responded in over 3 weeks. The service department has no concern for other peoples time and does anything but try to make their customers happy. So glad I got the extended warranty (NOT!), which by my experience so far means they will try and get out of doing any work. I also contacted national and my sales person, no one is trying to offer me a solution, just trying their hardest to not take any responsibility.

********* FRAUD!!!! My wife got a nail hole in her tire yesterday so I pulled it off her car and had her drop it off today to get patched. The tech called us to say it wasn't repairable and we needed to get new tires ($1300). So we both went back there to talk to them. They told us the hole had been patched previously (despite us owning the car since new) so they could not fix it. I challenged them as they had not pulled the tire off the rim so there was no way they could have known. They stuck to their story so we took the tire and left. We then went to ********** in ******** where they tech pulled the tire off the rim, confirmed there was no patch and fixed for $15 in less than 10 minutes. East Madison Toyota is a very dishonest business, avoid them."

After 5 years of having all 4 the vehicles in our family serviced and puchased at East Madison Toyota, we will be going elsewhere from now on. I strongly urge you to consider using another dealership so that you can avoid what has happened to us and the horrendous "customer service" we have received. My parents purchased a ***** NEW 2019 Toyota Prius off their lot. All of the maintence was done on time and at East Madison Toyota. After only 14,000 miles, they were told their tires were ruined because the factory alignment is faulty. Their "solution"? Charge my parents $800 to fix their mistake. On a ***** NEW vehicle. This is simply not acceptable. East Madison Toyota has just lost loyal customers. Please consider joining us and utilizing a different dealership.
