Fantastic to work with. Very easy going and no pressure to buy. LIstened to every thing I wanted and had very honest answers.

I took my car for sensor issue and they told it will cost $800. After I agree they later call me and told me it was actually Transmission issue which they told me it will cost about $6000. I didnt have the money and declined but they charged me for the sensor which will is not going fix anything. I have paid to check the vehicle $ 120, I did not get why I would pay $800 if that is not the issue or will not fix the issue.

We were lied to and manipulated regarding purchasing a new car. This was my first ever new car purchase, and after initiating the process we were so excited that we had picked Lake Ford. Everyone seemed helpful and knowledgeable, and we were told that our car was going to be ordered the next day and we could expect to wait about a month or so. Obviously there are delays in manufacturing right now and we ended up waiting 9 months for our car - we are perfectly aware that is not the dealer's fault. However, turns out our car was not ordered until at least a month after they said it was (thereby missing the first build), no updates were given regarding wait times, we had to call MULTIPLE times for anyone to ever call us back, and the kicker: when the car finally arrived on the lot 9 months later, THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Lake Ford has taken ZERO accountability, saying there is nothing they can do other than order another car, expedite the order, and CHARGE ME THE SAME PRICE. The audacity. After messing up my order multiple times, the solution they offered me was to order the next model year but still charge me for the first model year... in other words, they won't charge me extra for their own mistake. Pathetic. The customer service here is atrocious, communication is nonexistant, and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. There are so many **** dealers out there - go to one who won't completely s**** you.
