    Purchased a **** Taos vw. We came to an agreement with salesman **** and sales mgr **** to give ****** for remote start to be put in our new suv. If they could not provide the vw remote **** told us it would be put in 3rd party and our only cost would be the ****** they had in their possession. Its been 2 months without anyone from the dealership contacting us on their own. We reached out to **** and said its winter so as per our agreement since vw cannot provide the remote start we want to move forward with a 3rd party. **** told us that is not an option to do 3rd party. We were not going to take the vehicle except that **** promised the remote start would be put in the vehicle in a timely matter no matter how it had to be done. I am told by vw corporate that there is no **** remote available, there was an issue with the production. We have called **** multiple times and texted with **** but we havent received the deal we were promised. All they agree is to return our ******. This is very unprofessional. We only asked at the early stages to keep in touch with us and this has not happened unless we call the dealership. We were promised a remote start installed for our ****** they have in their possession and we expect them to honor the agreement.

    I came into the business showing interest in a used truck they had out on the lot. I let the gentleman that was helping me know that I was interested but as always I was curious how much I would get in return by trading my truck in. I believe it was the used car manager who took my truck for a ride and subsequently gave me what I believed to be an extremely low ball offer for my vehicle. I told the gentleman I was working with that I thought that offer was considerably low considering all the extras my truck has on it. He went over and talked to the used car manager who then walked over and asked me what the disconnect was at that their were plenty of trucks out there like mine for a little over the amount they were gonna offer me. I told him politely that it was all good and he didnt have to offer an apology for his offer being so low. He proceeded to grumble under his breath and shook his head as he walked away. While holding my 3 year old daughter I commented about him shaking his head at me. He turned around and angrily said well its not cool that you come in here and make me do all the work of pricing out your truck. At that point I became a little defensive and said directly to him something in regards to dude thats your ******* job. I agree I should not have sworn but he came at me rather hostile about the whole situation. At that point he got loud and said oh, your going to swear at me? And proceeded to kick myself and my 3 year old out of the dealership while I was in the process of zipping up her jacket. I looked at the gentlemen I originally spoke with and asked him what that guys problem was. I then observed the used car manager enter his cubicle and either punch at the air or throw something at the wall. My daughter and I left the business. I placed a call to another manager indicating how absolutely poorly I had been treated in front of my daughter and that they should be embarrassed for the way their employee acted. Never in my life while purchasing a vehicle have I ever had something like this happen hence why Ive gone out of the way to report this incident.
