I have enjoyed service through Al Beyers Indoor Comfort Systems since 2018 when I bought my first home in Wisconsin and continue to use them in my current home. The friendly, easy to reach office staff, the knowledgeable sales staff and professional, experienced technicians as well as the reliable after hours contact option, and the excellent Bryant products is what keeps me as a customer. Through Al Beyers, I have purchased and had installed a two stage furnace, an AC, a water heater, a humidistat and most recently a whole home dehumidifier. Staff were very helpful in answering any questions I had which helped me select the right size for my home. The technicians were respectful and did an excellent, professional job installing products I purchased. I can't say enough good things about this company!!

My old furnace and water heater were to be replaced by Al Beyers and were approved by ***** on ******. ** ***** knew all products that were to be installed needed to be ***** on ****** approved. Was told the price on the water heated that he picked for the scope of work would have a rebate so the price would come down. ***** was asked how much hot water is used in my home, how many people or give me an option to what I wanted. Told him again that I am working with ***** on ****** and was told they knew and that they worked with ***** on ****** a lot. I believed that this was the option I needed to comply with ***** on ******. In the end, the product was **T ***** on ****** approved and ** rebate to bring the price down per their statement. I feel they just put in a more expensive option too big and lied to me about the finished price. It took weeks before they called to do insulation. They had to come to do an emergency visit on my old furnace just to have heat. New furnace and water heater put at the end of Jan 2021 with multiple issues, incorrect insulation with work. They put *** pipe over 2 feet beyond the chimney with no protection to the pipes for the cold winter which froze up. The new water heater was installed access panel facing the stairs, next to the chimney and workers had to lay down on their side to get to the front panel. The water heater kept trying to start over and over and finally in the middle of the night woke me up with a **** and shaking. Only two weeks old and it froze up. When I called they asked me if I was single, as it froze up because I did not use enough hot water. Yet they decided what size to install and never asked me any questions on what I needed and it is **T a ***** on ****** option. Al Beyers came out and did a soft fix as outtake pipe was frozen as they were so far out past the chimney. They put the pipe out my sealed basement window which I had told them I did not want through the window and broke a section to put outside right next to a window and door. The men would not listen to me when I said ** or I said I did not want something done. They left a huge hole so snow and any animal could get into the house. I had to stop them and tell them it needs to be fixed. They stuffed some pieces of metal sheeting which was smaller than the hole and then found pieces of wood with nails facing out into the hole. Now my dryer is not vented at all and the brick window seal is now broken. A few days later the new furnace pipes outside of the chimney froze up. They came again and did a soft fix and said they would have to come sometime later (but not specific) to fix everything the furnace, water heater, dryer duct, and broken window and close the hole into the house. After email on coming back, they did come back to move the water heater change the pipes and furnace ducts to get the water heater accessible. Completely redid the pipes out of the chimney and insulated the pipe. Was told that the insulation was done incorrectly by them the first time. Was told the dryer duct could be put out of the house as it was said in the beginning that it could be done.The new furnace has ** rebate also. Again I was working with and approved by ***** on ****** and they said there IS a rebate. The new thermostat that they put in was also not ***** on ****** approved, so no rebate. I would not have wanted this type/style of water heater, would have picked an option that was ***** on ****** approved and one that fit my home and my lifestyle. They forced me to take the option they chose and received payment on the more expensive model with ** rebate. I am not OK with how the men and Al Beyers company treated me nor the unprofessional work ethics and the incorrect insulation of all new products. They told me that if there are any more problems next winter they will come and repair them. I don't know if I can trust them to repair their mistakes and what about charges for repairs. Will they charge me then?"
