            Purchased ************************* Concert Tickets prior to Covid 2020 Pandemic for the *************** show taking place June 24, 2020. Due to the Covid Shutdowns, the concerts was postponed. This company did not keep me updated. The only reason I found out the shows were rescheduled was that I called. Two months ago I talked to ****** (one of the ticket sales people). I told her my new concert was on a date I could not make and I wanted to either sell my tickets and find new ones in another city. ****** told me she would figure out a solution for me. I have been waiting to hear back from her and did not. I called Event USA today. I asked for ****** and Event USA said she was on leave and they were not going to give me a refund or do anything to rectify the situation. I told them I was very disappointed and would be contacting you. Thank you.****************************
