On January 9th I made an online purchase through moores pet supplies, for a french door glass panel with dog door for $1,409.79. On January 10th I messaged the company via messenger on their customer support and requested to cancel the order, i received not confirmation so on January 10th I contacted them by phone and informed them I would like to cancel my order, I was told it was canceled and attached a screen shot that shows is was canceled on the January 13th. January 13th I called again to find out about my refund, gone straight to voice mail not yet set up. February 2nd, I called again, was informed someone from finance would call me back, no one called me. I called again on February 3rd and was informed someone would contact me, never did. February 8th I called during business hours twice, first time gone to voice mail, second time a gentleman answered and he stated someone from finance would call me, I told him about the other times I was told that and was never contacted, he assured me he would make sure someone does this time, that was 2 days ago. I just want my money back please. Attached is screen shot of dates and times I called, order status showing the order was canceled by them on the 13th and the order # with date of purchase.
