12/11/2014 They are misleading in their shipment of product. When explaining this issue, **** told me that this is typical of internet sales and that it is the manufacturers fault. I placed my order on November the 24th. The manufacturer was closed W-F for Thanksgiving. My order stated it would ship in 5-7 days. On their website, when checking my order status, it says it will ship 5 days from when the order was placed. Both of these statements are completely false! My order was finally shipped yesterday, the 10th of December, per Ryan at Beyond the Office Door. However, I cannot seem to track it with the tracking # I received and their website still states that it has been processed - not that it has shipped! When I expressed my concerns, he got negative and offered me nothing by way of getting this too me expeditiously except to say "you should have ordered sooner, it's only a few extra days." Supposedly, the chairs are set to arrive on the 16th - that is 16 days after I placed the order.

9/8/2014 Today I was going to purchase some office furniture that I have been watching for some time. I spoke with a customer service agent on the live chat who was very very rude when I asked some questions. He basically said I couldn't read because he copied and pasted everything on the sight that I asked about. I just wanted to be sure before I spent $9000 on some benches and I couldn't get a refund. Instead of copying and pasting answers I would have loved to speak with a customer service agent who really wanted to help me and make me feel like this is the best company to give my money too. His attitude made me do a google search and I am glad I did. The complaints that I have read made it really clear that this online chat reps nasty attitude is definitely a reflection of the company. I am taking my business elsewhere.
