      I have received a number of calls from ************ which is Professional Placement Services. I gave them information over a year ago due to someone using my landline phone number as a contact. I had no idea who the person was that they were asking to speak with. The calls stopped for a short time but have started back up again.

      I called on a Wed paid my husband and my bills off told them I needed a confirmation email to close on my house rep told me no problem I would have with in 24 to 48 hours. Waited until Friday did not get email called back was told by rep and Sup that the 1st rep I spoke to was wrong I cannot get any sort of payment confirmation for 21 days. I explained I checked the funds are out of my account they just kept saying that is our policy. I said I told the 1st rep I told her I had to have some sort of confirmation to take to the bank she told me it would not be a problem. The kept saying we cannot do that. So the solution they gave me was to find out the name of my banker ( not the problem) and the under writer of my loan have them call in and I can give verbal permission for them to say yes I paid my bill. I am sorry when I order something online I get an email confirmation right away. I get this is there policy but if they already had my money ( this I confirmed with my bank after I got off the phone with them ) they should be able to email me a paid confirmation email. I am sorry but it is 2021 a check over the phone is almost instant it doesn’t take 21 days. The conversation I had with Bill L*** next in line to the owner yea ok. There was no helping me get what I needed even though I was lied to by there customer service. I get policy and procedures but isn’t it the customer is always right? Especially since they already had my money. I don’t think I was asking for much a paid receipt something I get at Walmart. Mc Donald’s, any where I spend money.

      So I emailed the email address that ***************** gave me to make a customer complaint and no one ever emailed me back. I emailed them on the same day I made this comment about them. So now they lied to me again. This is truly the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I hope I have another **** go to them to be paid because I will never make another payment to them again because of all this. When a company lies to there customers over and over again that is a company that no longer needs to be in business. I also find it very funny that for as many times as they told me that they could not get me a paid receipt for 21 days remember that is POLICY. They now were able to email me one in 4 days. **************** is my complaint Lying is my complaint. I was very unhappy that the email I was given and told that the owner himself answered I got no response back on. I am not sure if it is just ***************** that is the problem at this company or if all the employees are just told to tell the customer what they want to hear to get them off of the phone but that is just not ok. Obviously they know who I am because they know they sent my receipt to me. Someone could reach out to me and see how they could make me happy as a customer. In my eyes this is not resolved.
