Was sold a Denali in Oct. 22, the transmission failed the used car dealership undid the deal on Nov 27, 22 and asked for me to pick a new vehicle. I chose a a 2008 mega cab based on the info of the salesman saying it was a 5.9 engine. This time I had to have a co-signer (*******************). We asked for the alignment to be done, they agreed. Dec 3 I reached out to the dealership to discuss what was happening with the truck and sent photos. Three of the major issues was the transmission not going into reverse consistently, the noise coming from the front and the inconsistent power. They did not pick up the truck until Dec 5. I did not get the truck back until Dec 22. The only issue solved was the alignment and they said the electrical. Dec 26 I have video proof of the truck not shifting into reverse. Dec 27, 22 I had a shop look over the truck, and received a list of things that needed to be addressed, including it still needs an alignment. This is also the day I asked the dealership to unwind the deal the first time. No response. Dec 28, 22 I lost reverse again. They have took the vehicle back again. Jan 3, 23 I went to the dealership and asked in person for the deal to be reversed. They told me no but they would trade the truck in, offering approx $10000 less than I bought the truck for. As of Jan 8, 2023 I have not had communication with them, and they still have the truck since Dec 28,22. I do have copies of texts, and videos of what was happening. Attached is the shop I took it tos inspection.
