    3/25: Dropped off cushion for a new cushion tick and cover. Noted I ONLY wanted to proceed with the new cushion tick and would follow up re: cushion cover after I checked in with manufacturer.3/29: ************* & Son promised they would custom order fabric. I noted I wanted to approve the fabric before work began.4/11: Called for update. Says manager will call me back. No call back.4/13: Called for update. Employee notes once more that he can't find work order for me. Says manager will call me back. Noted a fabric match had been found and yardage had been ordered, even though I had not approved it as agreed upon.4/19: Called to speak to manager re: approving the fabric. No update can be provided other than the "fabric has been ordered". Will not put me through to manager. No call back.4/22: Called and told the fabric arrived and could expect cushions by EOW, 4/29 at latest.5/6: Called for update and was told the fabric arrived and I could pick them up by 5/10. I voiced my displeasure in the lack of status updates.5/10: Left voicemail asking for call back from manager.5/17: Called and was told the fabric would be arriving today. Gaslighted me when I told them they told me it arrived on 4/22. Told me they will be done by EOW.5/26: Left voicemail, asked for call back. No call back.6/3: Receive update saying they won't be done until Tues. Promised Mon. update. No update 6/16: Told they will be finished EOD. The cushions were smaller. They had not been able to custom order fabric to match which is why it was delayed (this was never communicated). They ran out of fabric that hadn't been damaged so they removed it, which then shrunk the cushion covers, and then crammed my cushions inside of them. Because of this, the cushions don't accurately fit on my sofa. The thread used to make most repairs is a contrast turquoise so all repairs are visible. It took them 58 business days or 83 calendar days to not complete the work requested.
