              On the 26th of January this year my car was about to get towed, yet i ran outside and communicated to the tow driver i will pay him for a hook and release. He charged me $233 which i thought was a not correct price for a hook and release. I had work in 30 minutes so i did not think about it and paid the money. After looking at the max ******************** impound prices for ******* for January 1 2024 - December 31st 2024 i realized i was over charged by $162. I was charged for a full impound. Lincoln is claiming that i was charged the right amount. *** contacted them many and many of times but every single time they say i am incorrect and that i was charged the normal price. , a hook release by the *************** states that here in the cities website " 60% of applicable zone impound fee plus 60% of fees for any additional service" Ill attach a photo below. Since he did not use a dolly nor winch that would in-fact come up to around $65-75$. All i am asking for is my money back for the amount i was charged wrongfully. Let me know how we can make this right.

              After 5 months of our vehicle being gone we have recovered from Lincoln. They towed the vehicle ************** Enforcement still have no record of requesting a tow and it was legally parked on a public street). Lincoln lied to all parties about having the vehicle yet were able to charge tow and storage fees the entire time it was in their possession. They totaled our vehicle while in their possession (we watched one of their drivers ram vehicles into each other to make room and park towed vehicles), our car was robbed of all contents and had a dead battery from sitting so long. They have been horrid to work with and only when we got the Municipal Court and a city inspector involved did they respond at all. This is an illegal scam business funded by my very own tax payer dollars. Even after submitting all claims for damages they shorted our reimbursement by $1000 so we are having to move to legal action for the remainder of the funds as well as time, lost wages and use of vehicle. The city is funded a crime ring and they absolutely are aware as every SPD officer we spoke to confirmed it as well.
