Brown Paper Tickets has owed our small community nonprofit $19,750 for over one year. BPT does not answer the phone (it is turned off!). They do not reply to emails -- I have written to *** at least monthly since last summer.There is no way to contact BPT business officers that I can locate.This used to be a great company. I was looking for an out-of-town concert and had trouble finding time to buy them at the ticketing office. Good thing a friend told me about BPT and I was able to purchase tickets there.Review from jason w

They took over Brown ***** Tickets and have been *** on paying what they owe. They dont answer support requests and are now months into trying to weasel their way out of paying what they owe. Don't trust them. Don't let them handle your gig. They will steal from you and you'll never hear from them again. Too bad ZERO stars isn't an option.Review from Patrick C

We have been waiting over 20 days now for the funds from our event. We are owed $28,000!!! We have opened a complaint with the Attorney General for **************** (they are a ******* based business.). If you have not received your payment in the 10 day period and they do not respond to your e-mail, open a Consumer Complaint with the **************** AG.
