      This is my sixth purchase from Rich's and I continue to be more impressed. Previously have purchased outdoor furniture and a fireplace.I bought a Broilmaster Grill (my second one. Purchased one for our vacation home a year ago. Great outdoor grill.) and needed it delivered promptly for a family occasion. No problem.Rich's delivery folks removed the old grill, installed the new gas grill, put the briquets carefully in place, fired it up and reviewed its features with me. Extremely thorough and respectful.As usual, the sales staff treated us like family. We priced shopped elsewhere and Rich's not only had the best price, but free assembly. Love these pros and their wonderful products.

      We purchased a Fireplace 3 months ago from Rich's in ********. Since 3 months ago they have done such poor communication as when we will get our Fireplace, we had to keep following up. At the time of purchase I asked them to do a site check before sending their installers and they said there is no need. Today after 3 months of waiting fireplace finally arrived and wouldn't you know it the installers say you need to pay $1,100 to install it because of piping distance. This was a terrible surprise! On top of that we asked if the $1,100 includes the permitting process and they said NO! we should have done it ourselves , HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOW IF THE STORE DID NOT TELL ME AT THE **** OF PURCHASE. Finally they opened the box to install the Fireplace and it is damaged and it has to go pack. All the waiting, additional surprised costs and still we don't have a Fireplace

      We purchased a hot tub in Sept 2022 and when it was delivered it was missing a main component. I called numerous times and was frustrated when the "service department" went to VM or they gave you an email address (so fast you had to call several times to get it). Finally after suggesting to them they take the part from a floor model (since if they ordered it would take 4-6 weeks). Finally got it fixed and 3 months later it wouldn't hold a temperature. ******** calls - going to VM and never being returned; or email that was not answered. Finally after 3 month got that resolved. Requested an extension on the warranty for 6 months (which was how long it was out of service due to their unresponsiveness). Have a new "Customer Experience' manager who I thought would be better than the previous one but having the same issues. I would think corporate (since it is a 'family' business) would be interested in the reviews but there is no way to communicate with them - goes directly to Lynnwood where the issue is. Like the hot tub but would never have purchased it knowing the customer experience.

      I would give no stars if i could I have had my hot tub since July 14th I've been it ONE TIME! it started leaking so they told me to drain it and they will replace the hot tub and kept getting excuses then finally they brought a new one around 11:45pm tthen the next day i went to fill it up and started leaking before I even got to get in it I called they told me what I needed to do and they would send some one to come fix it and order the new part .. the new part never showed up . The guy who was supposed to fix it went and bought the part but needed more parts and were told it would be sent to my house that was 2 almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it . My tub is still not fixed as of September 6th.

      A GREAT CUSTOMER GETTING TERRIBLE SERVICE - Hi - My family and I have purchased over 70K of product and services from Rich's over the past few years. This business continues to decline immensely in service and customer satisfaction. When our Hot Tub cover began to take in water due to our ******* climate we made the decision to purchase a new hot tub cover to replace it. In Feb of 2023 Rich's took over 2K of our money and did not contact us until late April to give status on our cover. Once it did arrive in May, we found out that the wrong cover was ordered. We only found this out when they delivered the wrong cover. They finally picked it up a month later, still have our money and we have NO ETA of when the correct cover is coming. The only answer we get is "We still haven't heard from the manufacturer on ETA". This is a 20K+ hot tub that is now virtually unuseable and they still have our money. So not only do they have our 2K, we are also losing money daily because we can't use it. In addition, I posted on their social media page and received no response.

      I was, at one time, a loyal Rich's customer. I had positive experiences buying a cast-iron gas stove, patio furniture, and a barbeque. But then I made the mistake of buying an $18,000 hot tub from them. Every single step of the process was slow, disappointing and required non-stop pestering to even get communication back from the ************* I did not start out complaining, but after more than 6 months of issue-after-issue my hot tub still did not function fully and my service ticket had outlasted several members of the Service team. Their customer service team takes weeks to respond and then sends texts instead of calls or emails. Their Service Techs arrive without the proper parts or understanding of the issue, and then the issue gets pushed back several more weeks. They tore apart the foam insulation in order to fix a problem, then they made little effort to re-insulate (they shoved the shreds back into a hole). I'm stuck dealing with them, because the hot tub manufacturer won't reply to support requests from their website, and the work I need done is too expensive to handle outside of warranty. I would welcome a chance to talk with their ownership, and I have asked to talk with management in the past but they just end up referring me to someone who has no idea of the prior issues and who make no effort to understand and rectify such consistently poor customer experiences. I'm stuck waiting on them, because the manufacture won't answer support tickets or return calls. All I want is for my hot tub to finally be fully functional, as it has never been that way since the day it was delivered.

      I did ************ back from the Manufacturer, but they simply referred me to Rich's.

      So today the same tech that did the below crappy job before came and did another crappy job. Originally he was supposed to do the 13 point check and failed on several levels. I was told yesterday by your office that he was going to do the whole thing over. 1.He came over (with 10 minutes notice) and asked me what I needed done? Wait why was he not doing the whole thing as I was told.2. Spent 15 minutes and only did the sniffer test. quickest work ever. Admitted that he didn't do the leak tests last time, no appology. "my bag"3. he kept on telling me that parts of the 13 point check does not apply (at this point I dont trust him). 4. I told him he was suppose to clean the fan...he said that he "checked" it. I said that doesnt mean you cleaned it. I had to ask 3 times to get him to do it and I dont think he did..Also he said there was a stripped s**** on the cover but never said how he was going to fix it. also he brought the vacuum up but never even plugged it in so how did he clean the fan? He says many of the things on the Pre Season coupon (13 point check) are incorrect and he says you guys will not change the coupon.

      In July of 2021 my wife and I ordered a fire table from the ******* location. I was told it was out of stock and would be available in 2 months. At the end of 2 months I heard nothing. I went on to the Riches website and inquired. For over a week I heard nothing so I called and left a message and got no response. After several days I then drove to the Lynnwood location (closer to my home) and went to the customer service department, where I was assured they would look into it and get back to me. Four days later and still no call back. I called the ******* location two times over three days after that and left a message for the salesman. Again I ever got a call back. The next call to them was to cancel the order. My wife really liked the table and wanted it. I told her that I wanted nothing to do with Riches, so leave me out of it if she was going to order it. She went by the Lynnwood location and a sales person assured her he would have some in three weeks. We got the call in three weeks that it was in and I told my wife that I would pick it up. I went to the store on the arranged date and although they made no mention of it, the unit given to me was the floor display. I should have said no, but it looked good and I did not want to drive the 40 roundtrip miles again to a place I have come to hate, so I took it and set it up. It worked well in November through January and was not used again until May of 2022. When I lit it up, I could not get it to go to low flame and every 5 20 minutes it went click and the flame went out. I used it again in July and same thing. I called Riches and the person I spoke with felt like it might be a bad regulator. She could not get any information about a replacement regulator so she suggested I have a service technician come out and analyze the unit prior to getting the regulator. After finding a time that worked, I found out that the warranty covers parts but the first half hour for the tech, to look at the us
