    We made a reservation on January 12, 2023 to be picked up at our home in Enumclaw on January 16, 2023 and taken to Sea Tac Airport. I was told that I had to pay $147 via Venmo immediately. As I had used their service a month prior to be taken to our home in Enumclaw from the airport and they had not charged us via Venmo, I was surprised that they were now requiring it. On the morning of January 16, exactly one minute before they were scheduled to pick us up, they called saying that the driver had had a breakdown and would not be coming. Obviously, this left us in a terrible position to try and obtain transportation to the airport at the last minute. I called Airport 24 back and the representative assured me that he would return my $147. It has been over two weeks and I have called the company multiple times as well as sent them emails requesting my money back. My calls and emails are not returned.

    I retained Seatac Airport 24 to shuttle me to the airport yesterday on 12/28. Beyond the driver being 45 minutes late (I confirmed the pick-up time the night before) and me barely making my flight (which meant my bag didn't make it onto my flight, and I've been waiting for it to be delivered today), I received a text literally on my way out the door that they were charging me $100 extra for the service (they had sent me an invoice the morning of the 28th confirming the $50 rate, and they now wanted me to pay $150). They sited snow as the reason, but it had been snowing for days, so at any point they could have contacted me to let me know they would need to charge me more, and I could have made an informed decision. It really felt like they waited until I had no other options and would be forced to pay extra or forfeit my ride and my flight. When I got into the van, I paid the driver the agreed upon amount plus tip (a total of $60) and when I refused to pay more, he yelled at me. I convinced him to take me to the airport, telling him I would be happy to talk to his boss and work things out at a later date. He agreed but proceeded to yell at me again when we arrived at the airport. It was a very upsetting and stressful morning. Since then, I received a receipt for the $60 asking me to pay another $100. When I wrote back refusing and including a complaint, I received another harassing and threatening email. I looked on Yelp and saw that others had had the same experience, so I wanted to log my complaint with BBB, hopefully warning others of this scam.
