************* was notified, and she approved all the additional work before we did repairs to her 1910 built rental property in *******. Tekline originally negotiated a large, discounted rate to ease the cost, which the customer agreed to pay in full. She gave us her card number after she received the final billing and told us to run it every 2-3 days for $9,000 each time till paid in full. The customer's card kept coming back declined. Tekline tried contacting ********* multiple times to arrange for a final payment with no response. A lien was filed to enforce collection of the debt owed. It's unfortunate we have to go through this process to be paid for the monies owed Tekline.
********* owns 8-9 investment properties and is well versed in remodel work and contracts. This is the second project Tekline completed for *********.
