      If I could leave negative review, I would. Let's start with the move in. We were told the house we rented through them would be professionally cleaned before we moved in but it was not. The walls were filthy, the carpets spotted and not clean, the house had a foul smell, windows were not clean and much more. We spent days cleaning it and bought an air ionizer to help with the smell. Because of the limited space Ill just give highlights. To start with, there was a mix up with the water **** which resulted in money being owed to the water company. I received a call from eclipse and a very rude lady started scolding me as well as threatening me. While on the phone I opened up my ******************* pay page and saw that the last **** was paid in full. I explained this to her but she again, very rudely kept threatening me. I told her that my wife and I both had very high credit scores because we have always paid our bills on time and the way she was talking to me was completely uncalled for. I ended up handing up on her, she kept calling but I did not answer. The next day I called the water company and resolved the issue. A couple of months later I got a call from them asking is someone could swing by really quick and look under a sink to make sure a water leak from a previous Tennent was doing ok. I said sure, about an hour later a lady shows up to take a quick look. I let her in and she went to look under the kitchen sink. I went to quiet our dogs and came back out to her taking pictures of everything in our home. Our beds, pictures, toilets, personal belongings,,,,everything. I am asking her what she was doing, and she said she was new and just doing what she was told (still taking pictures the whole time) I said I didn't give her permission to do this and that it was illegal for her to come in and do this without 48 hours' notice. Well I am almost out of room, so I have to end this but there is a lot more to this story of what horrible company this is

      Dino,This is **** Peoples the owner of Real Property Management Eclipse. I looked up the work that was done before you moved in and it was professional cleaned, the living carpet was actually brand new and the rest of the carpet was professional cleaned. We never clean the outside side of the windows.I reviewed the water **** issue. We always handle the first **** with all our properties and **** the tenants accordingly. The person you talked to has been doing that job for over five years. I am sorry you felt like she was rude. She is very thorough and I get nothing be positive feedback on her interactions with both tenants and owners.I was in the office when the inspection problem happened. I heard ***************** and get your permission for the inspection because we had extra room that day in the agents schedule. You gave him permission to do the inspection on short notice. He would have gladly scheduled you for another day if you had wanted more time. As **** explained to you at the time, we only take pictures to show the owner that the house is being taken care of and are not concerned about your personal items. The inspections are only shared with the owner and not the public. My agent left at your request and **** modified the process to accommodate you. I am sorry that our relationship ended this way. I must say that I was surprised because you were also upset when the owners decided to move back in and we were unbale to renew your lease.- **** Peoples Real Property Management Eclipse

      My response to the owners comments,****,Your response is an out right lie. **** asked if he could check under a faucet that the owner was concerned about, he did not ask to inspect the house and to take pictures of all of our belongings. When I asked her what she was doing she was just doing what she was asked to do. While she was still taking pictures I was trying to call **** but he did not answer hes phone. She did not leave when I asked her to, she was an older lady and I was not going to forcefully remove her. We in NO way gave you permission this kind of invasion of our privacy. As for the girl we talked to you can cover for her all you want but she was down right nasty. Lets talk about the carpet. Again you are flat out lying. Guess what, I have pictures to prove it, I also have pictures of all the dirt and grime around the inside, outside and the frames around the windows and doors so again I can prove you are lying. Lastly, I spent $1,400 on a lawnmower for the lawn because my small lawnmower couldnt handle the big overgrown lawn. We spent $700 on a washer and dryer because the house did not come with them, I spend hundreds of dollars on materials not including my labor to fix sone of the issues the house had. We spent thousands on moving into it. Being the owner of a property management company I would think you would know the expenses involved with moving. While the house was not ideal we were not prepared to spend thousands of dollars to move within one year not to mention the house market if up significantly and we are now paying substantially more for rent. We would not have spent all that money and done all that work for a one year lease. As I mentioned and I am sure you are fully aware, houses listed at a one year cap on the lease rent for much less and tend to sit. The owners planned on selling this year and they knew well in advance. We were lied to, bilked out of thousands of dollars and treated like criminals. Your company is horrible, you know exactly what happened and instead of trying to make things right you choose to lie. I guess I would expect nothing less from you.
