I don't take time often to write reviews but when warranted, I make it happen.First, I highly recommend Nancy O Homes if you're seeking a ****************-oriented, professional property management firm to either lease your home, or in this case, help you find a home to lease for your personal use.My wife and I were seeking a high-quality, newer property, with upscale features on an ultra-compressed timeline in the ********* area to lease for a few years until we decide what area in Southern ********** we wanted to purchase in.You couldn't ask for a more professional firm to handle priority communications, quick responses on inquiries, on-time meetings to review properties and execute walkthrough's, etc. ***** was very responsive by email and phone and Nancy was everywhere she said she would be, exactly when she needed to be.After finding the right property, it was just a few days through approval, to signing, to walkthough, to final document uploads. The reason this property is in mint condition is due to the intensely thorough walk-through pre-lease and I suspect this will be true post lease as well.I still have a few communications to execute with them post lease and will circle back with any updates but for now, I simply couldn't have expected more and I know my wife feels the same.Professional.
