3 neighboring apartments had busted pipes and flooded into my apartment. There were workers on site who took care of the 1st two floods. The water from the first one came into my bedroom getting the carpet wet. The worker took my pad up from under carpet and put a little space heater there. It blew a breaker when plugged in. 3rd flood went into my breaker box. I reported it and still no one has looked at it. 4th flood got the other side if my bedroom carpet wet including my closet. The came did the same thing then took a electrical cord to plug the little space heater in. This is no way safe for anyone at this point so I unplugged it. I also have reported this and sent photos to manager. It's very unsafe. My other concern is my water bill and power bill is going to be outrageous for the neglect of them knowing the pipes were old and not maintained. 3 apartment building and its only my side. Last year the other end of my building had the same thing happen. It's an old building and no maintenance. The manager just doesn't respond to me so I'm reaching out here to see if maybe you guys can help me get my apartments safe again. 01/14/24 was the first 3 floods and 01/15/24 was the 4th one.
