            Awfully poor customer service. AND A HIGH BUYER BEWARE- DO NOT I REPEAT DI NOT PURCHASE BIRDS FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE CRUEL AND HEARTLESS. NO TRACING PROVIDED ABD THEIR BIRDS ARE ALMOST BLACK MARKET QUALITY!! DIED IN 1 WEEK. 2 BIRDS THE VET THAT LOOKED AT THEM CRIED AT THEIR POOR CONDITION. THIS IS AMERICA WE ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE BEST EVERYTHING. I DEMAND THIS PLACE BE SHUT DOWN. LET PETCO AND PET SMART DO PETS. NOT THIS BARF POOL OF A PLACE. THE ***** DOESNT CARE **** JUS RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!

            Wow!! Im so sorry about this incident and would like to help correct any problem a customer may have. In order to try to find out more about this incident, I would like to have a little more information so I can find out, on our end, what happen. The customers name, If possible I can get an approximate date any interaction took place, perhaps what the incident was, what type of birds were involved, and the vets name.Maybe we can try to correct in some way..Thanks, Sierra Fish & Pets

            Greeting. I purchased a cinnamon breed cockateil for $279 from your company.You guys treated me terrible when i called in to see what went wrong. It was suppose to live way longer than it did and we got pet insurance for it only to find out your company was very neglect is some disclosure about the bird.Very poor experience.

            Purchased on july 26 2021Cinnamon- cockateil.Died one week later - i called your company and the gentleman that answered the phone was very rude, unconcerned and detached from professional customer service..He said ***** was nothing he could do but told me to bury it!!!!!!!Not cool! We drove to far to purchase the breed and paid to much for it to die so soon!
