      Awful company! I ordered a pair of what were advertised as "moisture chamber glasses" for dry eye. They did arrive with moisture pads, but the frames were a pair of ordinary safety glasses. The supposed sealing silicone gasket touched my face nowhere. I could easily insert my thumbs between the glasses and my cheekbone. There is no possible way these can retain humidity. Complete scam and waste of money. Oddly, when I tried to contact them for a refund, all of the contact, return, and faq links were non-funtioning, but the catalog and shopping cart were working fine.

      I ordered on 1/26. $200 and still have not received anything. They refuse to refund me but there is no update or tracking available. The customer service is the absolute worst. This company is a scam! Please save yourself money, time and frustration and do not order from them.

      Lensmart needs to s*** their doors. I have never dealt with a company that rips their customers off so badly. Frames are incorrect, lenses are not even near what they need to be. Their guarantee isnt worth a *****. I paid $308 for glasses, received $183. This is thieving. They do not answer you, terrible customer service if they do reply. They lie to get out of refunding. They arent worthy of being in business. Do not order from them.

      Order never received. And no communication from company. Order placed January 31st. And no info with Canada post or their personal website for tracking.

      Scam and absolute rip off Dont trust the return policy because they tell you you will get at least 70% back and then with some thing is an issue they make you pay for an entirely new set of glasses, and then keep adding to it Have to pay more for the frames, have to pay to ship it back, have to pay them through PayPal, which seems sketchy I did not have the PD on my prescription and I messaged and asked about it and was told to measure myself and expressed that I didnt know what I was doing and I didnt measure it correctly I get the glasses and theyre wrong and I cant see out of them properly and then I suddenly have a measuring tool to use or they tell me to take a picture of my eyes and send it to them so they can look So why didnt they do that in the first place? Why didnt they offer to send the PD measuring tool in the first place?Every time I spoken to them the customer service takes so long because of where theyre located its overnight or days making the process even longer and more annoying The price of the new frames I want has gone up in this time and they wont honor that price and it seems like each time I talk to them they increase the price At this point, the money that I thought I was saving is because Im buying a second set of glasses to fix the first ones that they were not helpful with and Im $200 now so I shouldve just went to someplace where I couldve tried them on and had somebody that I trusted do all the measurements DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS

      ***************** and a company called Lensabl seem to be the same company I ordered after seeing ad thru ******** from Lensabl...order came via LensSmart. I kept having problems with the ** they did on my 2 pair of glasses. Thought maybe it was me...then sent the same ** to MuukalOptical and thru ************* online. Both glasses came to me perfect. LenSmart say the have a 365 day warrenty on their workmanship. I emailed saying their workmanship on lenses were not correct. The simply told me I was a week to late to get any kind of refund. They then offered my 25% off my next order. Funny. Very bad company.

      awful customer service.I ordered 2 pairs of progressives. uploaded my script - they didn't ask any questions. ******* arrived and I can't see out of on pair and after a week of off communication they tell me it'd my fault because I didn't include the PD number. So it's my fault and I would need to pay for new lenses and I can send them the money via Pay pal! WTH!If it was necessary to have the PD number to make my glasses accurately then why did the make it without that information?Dont waste your time or money on this shady company.0 stars!!

      Do not waste your money with this company! I spent hundreds of dollars on multiple pairs of glasses, they sent me the wrong prescription and then refused to send me replacement lenses. I even offered to pay for the replacements (and it was their fault) and still they refused to help me. So now Im stuck with 3 pairs of glasses that I cant even wear. Whats even worse, after that, they wouldnt stop messaging me. I asked them many times to please just leave me alone if they werent going to help me, but its like they wanted to taunt me with that fact. Ive never experienced anything like that before, I finally had to report and block them to get the harassment to stop. If I could give negative stars, I would. If they were in this country, Id file a police report. They really have cute frames, its such a shame that their customer service is so beyond horrible! Spend your money with companies that will stand by their products and customers, this one looks for ways to not have to be helpful.

      If I could give a zero star, I WOULD! I ordered a pair of glasses from Lensmart. The lense prescription was wrongly made. I contacted them. They said I put it in wrong. (Which I did not!) They said they cannot refund me, Id have to pay another $50 to replace the lenses! This business is a scam and needs to be shut down or a lawsuit filed against them! How can they do this??? How is it legal? Im out over $100 over this scam! What can we do???
