This company is violating our first amendment by suppressing MSN Zone members based on their political affiliation. A member named "The ******" was kicked off because he looked like ***********************. This Avatar was never disrespectful to anyone, however due to upcoming elections was hushed based on FlowPlay sole discretion. Disgusting. What's happening to our country? Why would this company be able to snuff another individuals political affiliation. They should be sued and maybe..just maybe...they are going to be...too much. I think Vegas World is a great site. You can play for free, if you decide to buy a membership or charms you get a lot. The people that created the site and are employed by ******* deserve to eat and be warm too. I doubt if they need money so bad they would cheat people out of $10 that you can probably get back.I'm sure there have been mistakes from both sides, things like charms is confusing. After all we are all human and make mistakes. I have thought I got cheated a few times in the 6 years I have been visiting the site but later always found out I was wrong.Review from Dean B

I have been playing Casino World for close to 600 days now. I have had no major adverse issues with Flow Play at all. Other than a few minor issues with game updates, the game has played and treated me very well. I have played 2 accounts with them, one account as a payed VIP and the other account as a tourist (free account). Both accounts have been everything they promised they would be! Yes the game can be played for free if you don't mind missing out on the extra perks of VIP! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up to Flow Play for offering so much high *********************!Review from Janet V

I cancelled my PayPal / payflow account Years agp but they are still taking money out of my account. *** contacted them to close the account to no avail, maybe its time to contact the media and tell people how the are being robbed by this company.Review from April W

FlowPlay Inc, owner of 7seascasino discriminated against me because of my political beliefs. After spending hundreds of dollars with this company they disabled the features I PAID for because they don't support the first amendment. I would urge all to not use the business as there are plenty of others to choose from. The money I spent to complete challenges is money lost. Don't support companies who silence their customers. I have seen people soliciting *** from this site without consequence. If you say something they don't agree with, you time and money are lost.Review from Anthony S

Flowplay is a greedy company that blames the problems on their websites on the players. When you complain to them they block you from the help section & then block you from the websites.If I could give Flowplay a negative star rating I would give them a **** stars.There is nothing good that I can say about Flowplay, They will LIE to, CHEAT on & STEAL from players anyway they can imagine, & put the blame on the players,Just reading everything in the "help" ****************** in the Community pages (EVERY comment) & then running a search on the players names found *********** will discover the truth about how bad they truly are.There are 4 things/rules that I have to follow to post this & I swear by anything you want me to, that Flowplay violates all three points if the fourh tules listed by the BBB.I have been blocked from playing on all the websites Flowplay has created, just for telling other players the truth about them.They say you can play for free but that is a LIE, even if you do not violate their "Code of Conduct" they can block you from the sites. The same thing happened to me that others reference, I had significant charms in Casinoworld that just disappeared. There was a system crash 1/29/22 and perhaps there was a glitch, but the support team said the charms HAD to be played. They couldn't be played because I didn't possess this product that I had paid for through the process. The support basically said I was lying. From reading here, this HAS occurred before.In response, I began to contact my credit card companies to file a dispute. Flowplay and I were able to reach a temporary resolution as they reimbursed my gem total. In the meantime, one of the companies did not rescind the dispute but proceeded. Flowplay was charged an amount and upon learning this, I offered to make up for that charge. This was to no avail as I was permanently banned for filing a dispute.The product wasn't delivered, I complained but obviously, they don't want to handle or hear disputes. They appear to view you as a trouble maker because you're questioning and assertive, and ban you. Bad business model.Review from David G

FlowPlay terminated my Casino World account, user name Clulus, because (words of customer service rep ********* "[the] account has been linked with a number of accounts with inappropriate usernames and behaving inappropriately towards other players" and "This violates the Casino World Terms of Use". I really could not care less about continuing to access the ** website as there are so many gaming sites available, but I am extremely insulted that they have made these accusations against me, as they are completely false, and FlowPlay provided absolutely no details to give some idea why they believe it to be true. Shame on you FlowPlay, I've ended my accounts on all of your platforms. I hope everyone does.Review from Evelyn W

The customer service and support provided to me.. as well as reported by other subscribers is horrible. I am a VIP member, and on a couple of occasions expressed reports of how the game is reacting to what I was not getting.. The help support and community forum portion to the game is handled by a third party.. I can't even post my picture in my profile.. maybe this sounds trivial, but the reaction from FlowPlay is they can't fix it, and if I'm not happy, they'll refund my membership and close my account. What kind of answer is that?! Also, when I have genuine concerns or issues.. I get scripted pasted messages telling me that's just how the game works and marks my case as solved. When calling into their customer support (if they answer the phone is the same thing).. I've been told by other veteran subscribers, it is what it is and there has never been any improvement to the customer or technical relations for most. It gets to the point where I feel like I'm being gaslighted and discourages me to continue asking for escalation and trying to get logic and reason on how the game behaves.... Sad! I guess the question really is, who's running the show there? Do you really actually care about your subscribers, or what? I've pretty much given up on trying to get help from them any more, but will try to help my friends I have made on line and the community. However, I feel their sr leadership needs to take a hard look on how they are handling their customers.
