My Volvo XC40 Recharge had multiple issues, just 2 days after taking delivery of the XC40 Recharge center console crashed and reset to factory default, and lost navigation display in driver side. Even after a few visits to dealer Sandberg, issues are not fully resolved. You see, for some reason after Sandberg fixed the driver navigation display issue, the car is stuck in the “guest profile”, I am unable to login. At this point, Sandberg Service is unable to fix the issue properly and I am very frustrated that nothing really works properly.

Had an extremely juvenile and fraudulent experience with Sandberg Volvo after our purchase. This dealership and sales staff abused their position and crossed a personal line when they oversold my private information and then also themselves set up a fraudulent account in my name without my consent or knowledge. Online account, name, password, my email was used to set it up also and I was never provided access to this account. The auto company's site provided me with confirmation that Sandberg staff created the account and I had to report it as fraud. Sandberg Volvo said they would look into it, never got back to us, ignored us, threw us around, didn't return phone calls & emails, and played dumb when it came to the evidence. Was even told "Tim is only available in person or by phone" even though Tim has a paid email address for assistance. Yet, Tim also conveniently doesn't answer his voicemails either. I've never seen such immature and unprofessional behaviour in supposed adults. I guess "Ignore it and hope that it goes away" is your motto. I provided proof of this fraudulent account twice and Sandberg staff went cold silent after that. I'll take that as admission of guilt guys. I appreciate the lack of help and shady untrustworthy service, gold star. Fair warning to future customers that they'll put in the massive effort in avoiding you but not actually helping you.
