I filed a complaint but don't think I made it formal. I don't think this business should be IN business at all. They are thieves. I began on 8/13/21, the day on delivery, to contact them to report the delivery details at that point not yet realizing how much, like a kayak, was missing and/destroyed. They refused to acknowledge me at all with one of the ONLY comments early on was a manager "***** doesn't talk on the phone". I called and texted over and over because I knew if something wasn't done immediately my heritage and family heirlooms were gone forever. 30 boxes, new kayak and equipment, rolling mechanics toolbox, new fishing equipment (not the old)....not to mention my antique player piano was refused to be brought into the house but placed on its side in the garage ruined....scrapes/gouges in addition and bench broken. Fine art smashed. Box clearly marked "FRAGILE DO NOT DROP "..box crushed. The 3rd part of an 8' bookcase my son made me. A gift! It can't be replaced! I could write a book and this is only the start. They broke off 4 legs on antique desk moved in home as well gouging the door. I have many, many pics of the destruction and list of theft. These a just a very, very few.. These people are thieves and should be arrested! They can't and won't replace anything. They refused to talk, help, or do anything to recover my life due to their inept performance and thieves. U don't just "lose" what they did, not notice and ignore your client. The delivery was in 5 days of pickup and the truck, I was guaranteed, would not be unloaded! Why was it? I have other people's stuff. I tracked them down. The movers didn't but not doing anything to get it and return to them either!! They KNEW! CRIMINALS!
