              My experience started with the 2 employees including the manager at the **************** location in ******* *****. This is my first time shopping at Zales and I will never again. I went in to purchase a 1 carat diamond hoop earrings (Item #: ********) Upon arrival I spoke with a young lady who told me the Item was on sale for ******** also being a veteran i would be able to use my military discount as well. I originally saw the item online and asked if i could use my 50 dollar gift cafrd that i revceievd from Zales being a first time customer to which she replied no, I can only use two discounts at any given time. I said okay I would be back. I was at a funeral on saturday december 16th 2023 and I was unable to go into tthe stiore and purchase the item, I called the store and spoke with the store manager on Sunday 12/17/2203 asking if he could hold the item for me to which he responded yes as they were about to close and he did not think anyone would purchase the item before closing. On monday 12/18/2023 I walked into the store to clomplete the purchase, I was asked if I am the one who called in the day before to which I respnd yes. The comment was made that most customers who call in to hold an item never actually show to complete the purchase. I proceded to complete the purchase only to be quoted a new price, when i asked why there was a price difference, I was told the Item is no longer on sale. I was shocked and asked why was I not told this yesterday everyone looked at me like a Deer staring into oncming traffic headlights. I was told that there is no way for them to go back into the system and honor this price. That is when I tried reaching out to corporate to no avail. I talked to customer service several times and finally was told the item will be on sale again the day after Christmas 12/26/2023. I was told to purchase the Item then do an exchange for the difference. So I purchased the item and pIcked it up at the **** store here in central teaxs.

              Zales in Charlotte, NC Pineville-Matthews- If I could rate this store a NEGATIVE 100 I would.. The customer service from a few of the employees is horrendous. I first purchased my ring in Georgia and was told I had 30 days to purchase the warranty, within 1 day I went to the Zales in Carolina Place and purchased the warranty and also sent it out to be appraised, (now that experience was a 5 Chris & Vinnie were AWESOME). Chris explained the process.. so when I received about 3 emails I naturally thought hey my ring is back from being sent out the second time, so naturally to be sure I called to ensure that it was back.. Well all I can say was the individual who answered the phone was NASTY making the experience a horrible one. Anyway I decided to go in after receiving another email 4 weeks later to state my ring was in.. Of course the ring was not back.. Chris searched and searched and no ring.. however I wanted to trade up and Chris was awesome in assisting with that. I cannot say the same for the person who he went to in an effort to ask some questions she looked at me as if you can't buy the item but then is so polite to CAUCASIANS that walk into the store. So I purchased a 3 Carat ring, a bracelet and earrings for my grand-daughter.. The ring is to be engraved and then sent out to be appraised and the bracelet engraved with my grand daughter's name.. however I asked at the time of purchase if when ready if my daughter can pick up when item is ready..I was told to write her name on the receipt so that when the item is returned back to the store I will be alerted. I received a call from the awesome Chris stating that the bracelet was back and that the ring is now being sent out to be appraised. So today April 29, 2021 my daughter whose name I wrote on the receipt went in to pick up the bracelet .. well needless to say the customer from a Tatiana was HORRIBLE .. My daughter was there for over 45 minutes stating she was there to pick up the bracelet and she argued with her.. finally after being a jerk and realizing my daughter was not going to leave she decided to go in the back and ask Chris who she stated was on lunch if customer authorized her daughter to pick up bracelet. He proceeded to inform her that yes the customer stated her daughter would be in and wrote her name on the receipt. I have to question why is it Tatiana is oh so polite to CAUCASIANS and just plain NASTY to others. Please why would anyone want to shop in this store. Be it not for Chris and Vinnie I would definitely not recommend anyone shopping in this Zales store at all. Also it has been stated that the Zales corporate office ignores the complaints and just sweep them under the rug.
