I paid for the suite so I could enjoy the jacuzzi tub and there is now way in h*** I will get in this tub. There is fungus/mold in the tub jets visibly growing. Our TV has 1 channel, I've asked twice for it to be fixed and I've been blown off both times. When I said something about the tub thier response was "there is nothing I can do about it I just ************ in". Light sockets are broken, wires coming from the wall via a hole.

Stayed here for one night, because of an early morning interview I had at a facility close by the hotel. I came in late and tired at 11:12pm, after getting off of work, was greeted by the front desk person that looked so annoyed that I was there. Then proceeded to tell me there will be a $150 refundable fee, to be put on hold on my card, I said okay without thinking because I was so exhausted. I then asked him when the $150 will be refunded back to me, and he rudely answered within 3 business days. Well its been 31 days, and still dont know what happened to that $150 hold on my card, theyre still holding on to it I guess. Ive been calling them to speak to the manager, but no luck on that end, just the usual run around. Dont stay at this hotel!!! Trust the bad reviews on ******* These people are scammers! And plus the rooms are disgustingly dirty! Wyndham really need to look into this hotel and its management.

This place doesnt care about customer service. They never answer their phone and even when I tried to reach out to wyndham customer help and they tried calling them, they wont answer, theres no other way of getting ahold of this business in any way unless you go there, tried messaging through booking.com but no reply from them as well. The hotel has this deposit of $150 in your stay and I specifically asked the receptionist if this wont be charge to my account and said no. When I got home in the evening, it was posted and Im furious! Tried calling 20times but its just ringing, so frustrating! The room is all outdated (appliances and furniture) Room is filthy, stained carpet, smelly and overall its disgusting. The pictures they have in the internet is misleading and not accurate, for me they are trying to fraud people and attract them to their shithole business. I wont even stay there even if its for free, thats how disgusted I am to this business. t was a biggest regret staying in that place. I should have check the reviews first. This experience with them has been the worst.

We arrived at the Ramada by Wyndham SeaTac Airport North on June 8th at approximately 5pm. I was travelling with my girlfriend and my 9-year old daughter. The first thing I noticed was that the windows of the lobby had been smashed out and there was paper covering the hole where the glass had been. We noticed a lot of criminal activity on the streets surrounding the hotel as well. I tried to check in at the front desk, but the person there couldn’t get me a keycard that worked. She kept swiping the card through the machine over and over but it wouldn’t work. Finally she gave me a card to get into our room. Walking down the hallway, I was immediately struck by the yellow vomit that had been stained into the carpet in front of one of the rooms. A young man came out of one of the rooms with bloodshot eyes. He seemed to think that we were there to purchase heroin from him. A woman that was dressed as a prostitute was stopping to talk with him. They both stood in the hallway silently watching us walk by. The woman stared at us intensely, she appeared to be sizing us up and I did not feel safe. There were criminal types hanging out on the streets outside our window. I certainly did not feel safe staying there with my 9 year old daughter. We went into the room where the towels still had hair on them. They had clearly not been washed. There was a piece of jewelry hanging from the mirror. It was clear the room had not been cleaned. I called hotels.com and asked if we could cancel our stay at the Ramada and be moved to another hotel. Hotels.com called the front desk and requested to cancel our reservation and refund the amount we had pre-paid. The front desk told Hotels.com that the manager was the only one who could authorize the refund and that he would not be in until the next morning. We had only been in the room for 30 mins when I came back out to the front desk, returned my room key to check out. I was told that I could call back in the morning and the manager would refund my money. The next day on Wednesday July 9th, Hotels.com called the Ramada on my behalf but the manager never came in at any point during the day. They tried again on Thursday July 10th but again the manager never showed up at the property. Again I was told that I couldn’t receive a refund until the manager was in the office, but at this point he had not shown up at the property in three days. The front desk told Hotels.com that the only way the manager could be reached was by sending an email to his private email account since he worked remotely and could not be reached by phone. They were told he would not be coming into the property. Hotels.com sent the refund request to him by email, but by Friday June 11th, he did not respond to their email. A second email was sent out by Hotels.com on June 11th, but the manager ignored that email as well. I called Hotels.com on Monday June 14th and they reached out to the property again on my behalf. They were told again that the only way I would ever see a refund on the amount that I prepaid would be if someone at the hotel agreed to authorize the refund. I could tell the Hotels.com representatives that person’s name and they would put the refund through. I was told to call the property myself and ask the front desk if they could authorize the refund. Again I was told the only person who could authorize the refund was the manager, and then only if he agreed to authorize it, no one else could do it. They would not give me the managers name even. I left my phone number and asked to have the manager call me. Today on Monday June 14th, the front desk rudely told me that he would call me back if he felt like it. I told her I may need to call corporate since no one was getting back to me. She rudely said, “Yeah you do that!.” She also said he would not be coming into the property for any reason as he worked remotely and he only responded to email so if Hotels.com had emailed him and he chose not respond, there was nothing more I could do to receive my refund. The property was obviously filled with people involved in illegal activity, with heroin dealing and prostitution happening on the property. I did not feel safe staying there with my child. I am not sure if the manager is aware that his property is being used for illegal activity given that he is apparently never present. I am only seeking a refund for the amount I prepaid for a hotel where I did not even stay longer than 30 minutes. We travel often on a tight budget. We’re a working family and being out $300 for a hotel room that was misrepresented on Hotels.com’s website is unacceptable. We have a manager who works under Wyndham properties not responding to us and Hotels.com representatives who are telling us that refund is dependent on the manager getting back to them. No one is showing any care or thought towards us…the customer. We usually enjoy staying at Wyndham properties so this experience left us very surprised. It also doesn’t encourage us to use a third party for booking our future stays. The Ramada charged an additional $150 on top of the $286. They were holding $150 in case there incidentals and pushed that charge through. This is totally over $400 now. I’ve been working as a healthcare worker during covid. We have are a growing family and us being out $400 hurts us financially. We didn’t stay there and they still pushed the $150 on top of the $286. This is unacceptable. The manager...Mr. Singh isn't really a manager. He owns the property and is never on-site. We're filing a police report and disputing all charges with our credit card company using that police report. We are writing a lengthy report to Wyndham corporate to draw attention this property.
