    We booked a room at this hotel for 4 nights. We asked for a non smoking room due to my husbands asthma. We arrived on our scheduled date and completed the check in process and they processed our payment of $450.22 plus an additional deposit of 100.00 and 108.99. We were provided a room, 134 and upon entry it smelt terrible and we discovered cigarette burns in the bed spreads. We called the front desk explaining we asked for a non smoking room. We were issued another room, 139 and upon entry found the same issue with terrible smell and burn holes in the bed spreads. We went to the front desk and cancelled the room. The front desk representative said that they cancelled the room and credited the $450.22. It has been 7 days and they have taken the funds but have not issued my refund. They have also not refunded one of the deposits of $100.00. I am due a refund of $550.22 and request that it be refunded immediately.
