it took 2 1/2 months to get my mom bi-pap machine which she was supposed to have delivered to my house before she left rehab.. that didnt happen, moms co2 levels were critical and was in icu then to rehab for 2 weeks discharged and i was caring for her at my house.. it was a night mare trying to get these guys to do their job, i probably made ***** call to this office they would only say need more info but never be specific was told care co-ordinator would call me back never happened.. turns out they were requesting the information they claim they needed from the wrong place..they had orders *** 1st . mom didnt get her machine until march 15th only after bcbs stepped in and called vise president of company! mean while moms co2 levels kept climbing up she was hospitalized 2 more times the second time they put her on hospice the next day she Died of co2 poisioning, they were never able to get her co2 down. not one person showed any compassion in getting this issue resolved, they are very unprofessional and forget they are supposed to be suppling much needed equipment to people that are truly suffering, breathing is kinda of important! they showed no sense of urgency what so ever! this company if it is to stay in business needs a complete over haul, massive training and they need to clean house big time i would never recommend this company to any one everReview from Christopher B

I called Norco medical supplies at the ********* location I got an order for a hospital bed electric in Norco lied they said my insurance denied my claim but when I called ******** and ******** does not have the claim Norco medical supplies never billed my insurance theyre a bunch of liars. What a SCAM! My husband needed a ****** and a cane for post knee replacement surgery. I found both items on Amazon very reasonably priced. His ortho doc put an order with Norco (********, **) for the medical equipment. I called Norco and was advised they are getting it approved thru our insurance. I told them I would buy on Amazon unless our insurance covered it in full. I got a call it was approved by insurance and was ready for pickup. I asked again if there was any out of pocket expense to me and was told the insurance approved it. Now, a month later I get a bill for the deductible. Our out of pocket cost is $40 MORE than the full purchase price on Amazon for an identical ****** and similar cane. What an absolute SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER do business with Norco again!!!!Norco, Inc. Response

Norco works diligently to give accurate billing information when working with customers.
After reviewing this account if appears that the proper paperwork was signed by the customer and filed with the insurance. Deductibles and other copays may be applicable when billing insurance.
Please contact the branch manager for a more detailed review and explanation of the billing for this piece of equipment.

I have missed my orders four times sense they changed from Samaritan health.? I need my Oxygen, is there a better company that fallows through? If you call you get put on hold and they don't return my calls. I didn't even get my order this week? So I'm just to go without? Really? Bad business. *****************Review from Leah D

The worst business practices I have ever seen in my 60 plus years. Had a prescription for my husband to have a wheel chair for the rest of his life, his leg doesn't work but everything else is still fine. I made it very clear to Norco that I wasn't taking the chair till both of his insurances had paid in full for it. They called me and said it was ready I asked if insurance covered it. They said , not yet, I said again I'm not taking it till it is paid for. They gave me a call a few days later and told me that, yes it's all taken care of. So I went to pick it up. There was no mention of a rental. That is not what I wanted from the beginning. Now it's about a year and a half later and I get a bill? For rental. ***** per month for all this time. I will take the chair back. I can not afford that monthly, so now my husband is laying in bed and unable to get around at all.Norco, Inc. Response

I've been a CPAP user for over a decade. Recently my insurance contracted with Norco as the exclusive provider for CPAP related items. I had to replace my old machine because it had reached the motor's expected lifetime. The process has been a huge headache. Their billing system is antiquated, their customer service people are rude (they seem angry), and the byzatine processes cause extra expense. I've had to call three times to resolve an issue that should never have happened in the first place. I will be sharing my experience with my insurance company in the hopes that we can sign with a different company like Apria when the contract is up for renewal.Review from Leona T

Sorry to hear about the supplies not meeting your needs. As is typical with any product paid for by a third party (i.e.. likely insurance in this case) the reimbursement rates are what drive the products supplied. If the quality of the product is not satisfactory, we would encourage you to contact your insurance to discuss their reimbursement rates.Review from Christy R

I received a CPAP from Norco. While I was getting used to wearing it I was non compliant one time. Norco charged me three months of non-compliance fees at $600 each and $900 for some tubing and a couple masks. My provider sent in a new order and the whole term was suppose to start all over making me compliant not noncompliant. Multiple phone calls and no resolution, keep referring me to the branch manager who is not responsive. They jump at the chance to overcharge. Be careful using this company. I recommend getting your CPAP supplies through Amazon if you can. I will never use this company again.Norco, Inc. Response

Have had 2 phone calls from this company still leaving me no information to contact them. First one spent almost an hour figuring out what was needed. Even though the RX's came from my doctor. *** said no problem it's covered. Next call should be for confirmation and delivery. Well 2 weeks later a woman with no name given, now I'm being told with 2 major insurances that nothing is covered and all out of pocket. I have already spoke to both insurances twice and gotten rundown and full coverage confirmation. Zero out of pocket.!! This company is just wanting cash. Now they have waited till its too late for me to get anything done. This place is a scam, and don't care what they are doing to people really. This is not a game and people quality of life is hanging in the balance. A serious investigation needs to be done on their practices. It would be zero starts if I could. I had to go online and get phone number myself to contact. well getting thru is a joke, and when I did they claimed they didn't have any information about me. Well how can they call me twice and quote the medical equipment I needed if they didn't know who I was. Sounds very scam like to me.
