Green City is a top notch company. I am very pleased with the installation of the boiler and all the great follow up their crew provided. Respectful, courteous and a wealth of knowledge! First class operation! Timely, cost effective, professional and knowledgeable. We had an urgent and a bit complex installation. They were very booked up but they found a gap in their schedule and send out a top notch crew. Even though they ran into some snags, they got through them and finished on time. I am an engineer, so I know what professional work looks like. I will certainly use them again.

Green City Heating and Air Conditioning put in a heat pump/AC in for us yesterday, August 9, 2021, and we started using it immediately. Such a luxury to have AC in *******. We were able to set up the installation in less than a month (lightning fast for *******), and the process went smoothly. The crew appeared on time and worked hard to get everything right. They cleaned up afterwords and took the time to make sure we understood how to work everything. The customer service people were on the ball and easy to reach. I would definitely recommend them.

Green City Heating did a wonderful job for us. We were facing a weekend with extreme heat and our A/C went down. They came out very quickly and replaced our furnace which in turn got our heat pump to work correctly and cool the house. Everyone from the customer service side to the techs that came out were very helpful.

Green City Heating and AC scheduled three days to have a ****** air conditioner added to our ****** gas furnace for the first floor of our house and a ****** ductless concealed air conditioning unit installed in our attic for the second floor (air compressor installed outside). Our second floor isn't serviced by the ****** furnace. Alex and Jasper worked the first two days completing the ****** installation and began the ****** installation. They added a third member to their team on day 3 and had everything completed, the work areas completely cleaned up and the systems demonstrated by the end of the day. They went above and beyond expectations. They had to make the opening to the attic larger to get concealed unit into the attic. We knew before purchasing that this would be necessary. I was expecting to have to do some carpentry work to repair the opening. They were able to reinstall the sections of the ceiling next to the access opening such that I only need to do some filling and spackling to restore the access opening to its original state. The entire process of obtaining an estimate from Diamond H*****, to getting our many questions answered by Diamond, to the installation was handled responsively and professionally by Green City personnel. We recommend them for any of your heating and air conditioning needs.
