Refund & Exchange Policy:RETURN POLICY
Exchanges/returns - We will exchange or issue a refund for stock products returned in original condition within 30 days.
Colored leather Orders will be charged a fee to return.
Non-stock gloves are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Custom Orders (and gloves made with red or cream leather) can not be exchanged or returned with the exception of a manufacturing defect.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
