We have a signed contract for **** weeks for a garage door. We already paid several thousand dollars for this door upfront. We have not received the door and we are now ten months. Every month we call and are told the door will be here the next month. Our door was just delayed for the 6TH TIME! Now, no one will return our calls and emails and we do not have a new date of arrival for the door. We have asked for a refund but not received one. On top of that, in the past no one was proactive to give us updates, so we have to track someone down. It is impossible to get through over the phone, no one answers. Seirra was/is our sales rep. and for the first 4 delays we were totally cool about everything. With the 5th delay we simply asked to speak to a manager and never heard from Seirra again. That was 2 months ago. She never gave us the manager's information. When we finally did get the manager's info she (****) told us she would call us back and ghosted us instead. We have no other door and water and is getting into our garage, which is new construction. We also have security concerns, related to lack of a door for a year! The unprecedented delays are causing us property damage. We have been given no options. They have lied to us, are avoiding us, provided no resolutions, no refund, no discounts, no information on how they are problem solving the situation, no options.... We also tried to file a claim with our bank to get our many thousands of dollars back (our deposit) and they bank can't help since it has been more than 180 days from the purchase date. They told us 60 other people are in our position too....We have already paid and were mislead. There is no product. We want a refund.
