Luckily we found All New Again, and they did an outstanding job both remediating the water damage, and performing top-notch work on the ensuing reconstruction effort. Their extensive experience in dealing with water damage, and working with insurance companies proved extremely valuable. Their professional approach and meticulous record keeping, and sound advice made it easy for us to work with our insurance adjusters. The team was at our home the same day we called, and dropped by every day until the mitigation was complete. Because the damage we suffered was quite extensive, our kitchen, living and dining room were all affected, and All New Again did a great job packing away our belongings before the major work started.After the mitigation, ****'s team stepped in and helped survey the damage, and propose a mitigation plan. **** has a keen eye for detail, and made every effort to match the original details of our home, including the custom exotic flooring and baseboards. They also worked with me to allow me to choose exactly the replacement materials we wanted for the reconstruction, which included countertops, and backsplash tiling and inserts. Every step of the way, **** was in contact with me to make sure we knew what was going on, when to expect different parts of the project to complete, and to make sure we were satisfied with the results.Given the extent of damage and resulting reconstruction, this was a long and difficult process, and I can't imagine any company doing a better job than All New Again did. I wouldn't wish water damage on anyone, but if this happens to you, I wouldn't hesitate to call them right away. Highly Recommended.
