Please call or email for a Return Authorization. Returns received without an RA cannot be traced and you will not receive a refund. Your RA will include a return address and instructions.
NOTE: Unless otherwise specified, all urns are for indoor use only. Urns affected by weather or buried cannot be returned.
If your item arrived damaged, we will take care of it. But you must notify us within two business days of receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and arrange a replacement.
We highly recommend you ship via UPS or FedEx and insure items over $100. Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not receive a refund. Please contact the shipping company for a claim.
