      ************ services is horrible. We thought since we originally were directed by ****** where to purchase and install our new countertops we were in good hands.We were told the entire process would be done in one visit. I had to remove some trim around the kitchen window before-hand, which i did. We were given a **** am window. They arrived after 11. They failed to complete the install of the backsplashes due to something regarding the window trim had to be install. I had the pieces with me and told them it I could put them into position (4 pieces total). For whatever reason that didn't work for them. They were supposed to come back the following day. After over an hour past their quoted time-frame I emailed our rep who checked for me only to be told they couldn't make it today. No notification from the company until I called. They were supposed to come back today (Friday). I adjusted my schedule again only to get a call this morning saying they had to cancel again and would not be able to make it out for at least a week (following Friday) at the earliest. Time will tell if and when they actually show up.Avoid this company and make sure if you go through another retailer such as ****** you know who the installers are.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! C*** Lowes subcontractor for countertops. Waited over a month just to have some smug dude come to my house and tell my contractor that they cant measure or move forward. Because one cabinet was a fraction of an inch off!! They DID NOTHING TO OFFER ADVICE OR ASSISTANCE TO HOW WE CAN MAKE IT RIGHT FOR THEM!! I will be taking business elsewhere!! STAY FAR AWAY!! They dont give two Sh*ts about your money or their customers!

      We understand that not getting countertops can be frustrating. After our initial template the base cabinets were not properly installed. In order to finish a template we need all cabinets flat, level and secured to the walls and each other. We understand that it might seem ***** that all cabinets are together but not done 100% and that doesnt allow us to move forward. If we were to guess on overhangs and end lengths we could end up making countertops to the wrong dimensions and then would delay the project even longer as the tops would have to be remade due to the changes in dimensions. We do clearing state that this needs to be done before we schedule a template appointment. We also are not cabinet installers so unfortunately we cannot assist in the prep work and can only advise one what we need the finished product to be. If and when this is done we are still able and willing to assist with the job and finish the project to the highest quality we can.

      Thats not the point . The point is, your guy was rude, smug and offer ZERO clear guidance on what needed to be corrected and how. As my contractor was ********* on site and ready correct immediately. Instead, attitude, careless attitude, and over an all terrible experience. My new company isnt being this way at all and if very helpful. Get it together!! Theres tons of terrible reviews about your company all over the web!!

      This company's 'service', if you can call it that, is unbelievable, to the point of being bizarre. My custom countertop, to be made at a facility in ****** & installed by Floform facility in ****, **, was scheduled for install the first week of Oct., 2021. I was advised of its' arrival in **** and next day told it arrived damaged and had to be rebuilt in the ******** facility, putting installation off another 6 weeks. Meanwhile my kitchen had been dismantled in preparation, so stove & sink had to be hooked back up while waiting. Mid November of 2021, I was advised the new countertop had arrived & install date set. Installers came, told me the first shipment was 'damaged' because Floform had left it out in the rain after delivery from ******. The new countertop they brought did not include the backsplash or end caps. Countertop went back to **** while waiting for completion of order. After countless frustrating lack of communications regarding status of my order, was told in December that backsplash & end caps had arrived. That turned out to be a lie as the end caps didn't arrive until January 12th, 2022. Install was scheduled January 25th and, upon arrival, countertop didn't fit and could not be made to fit. It had either been mismeasured in the first place or not made to measurements in the ******** facility. Meanwhile, my old countertop had been taken out and had to be broken up to get it out, however, had to be put back in in pieces so there was something there, though without sink or stove. At this point, I was done and hired a local person to put in a workable countertop, which he did in two days time. Do not deal with this company.

      Terrible experience so far. Ordered countertops through ****** in May of 2021. Had installation date confirmed for June 25th they even called 2 days before arrival to confirm installation. Day of scheduled installation I get called 2 hours before arrival they cancelled because none of the 3 faucets were in stock. Even though local plumbing supply houses had inventory as did Amazon of the exact same faucets. They rescheduled for August and then called the day of installation to cancel again this time due to a sick installation crew they offered no other installation date. I finally get a call a couple days later offering to come that same day to install which went well. Backsplashes were next week installers informed me that one of the backsplashes had been cut wrong and would have to be recut at FloForm. This would require another visit to template again and another installation date. My advice is to find another company. ****** customer service has not been helpful in getting any resolution. These were paid in full to ****** back in May and today is August 20th and this job still has not been completed.

      This company has staffing and communication issues. The project coordinator is out of the office ill for 2 weeks and no one apparently checks her voicemails or emails. We are in the middle of both our bathrooms being upgraded including cabinets and countertops being installed. After waiting 10 weeks for the cabinets to be installed when we were told 6, now the countertops were supposed to be installed in 2-4 weeks and there has been minimal communication on when to schedule the install. They are not proactive. It has been 2 weeks and there is no update on if they will be installed or ready in the next 2 weeks. We had to change our countertops choice due to back order for a month with hopes for a sooner install. We have been without bathroom sinks for 3 weeks. I contacted the supervisor and she was at a training conference and stated she will look into it and get back to me in 24 hours. No follow up has been made. I have resulted in contacting their corporate offices to resolve this issue. I understand it is COVID times and back orders but simple communication and customer service would prevent upset customers and poor reputation.

We have unfortunately had staff out of the office unexpectedly, but are working to distribute those projects to other associates and catch up on communication with all impacted customers. We understand there were also cabinet delays on your project, however Floform is only responsible for the countertop portion of your project. We have confirmed with our fabrication shop and this countertop install is on track for the estimated 2-4 week lead time as initially discussed with the project coordinator.
