      Had high performance homes come out to my property for a quote on a new roof, the sales man, *****, went into my attic and stepped through the drywall leaving a massive hole in my ceiling. He assured me it would get fixed but has left me high and dry. It's been over 2 weeks now and still have not heard back from anyone despite my many calls to get it repaired.

      They prioritize my job and got it done even in the middle of a snowstorm. I talked to them about a year before I got my work done. I gave them another call. They came back out and they gave me a pretty good quote. I worked with ********************* he was very straightforward, didnt give me the runaround and was on top of it!

      Our family has nothing but good things to say about this company. They bent over backwards to help us get the project started for our remodeling projects we desperately need. Even going so far as getting the ** & the actual owner involved to ensure it. We worked with ************* who we found to be friendly, honest, respectful, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, transparent I could go on & on. They are a fantastic company to work with & we would recommend them to anyone we meet & know. Such a HUGE shoutout to the ** & the owner for helping us, we truly appreciate you!

      I did ****** board siding, gutters, and paint with HPH.The ************** The folks I worked with in the office were nice but overwhelmed. I missed emails because she sent them to the wrong address. When I did get emails, sometimes they were for someone else's project. A big reason why I went with HPH instead of hiring their subcontractors directly was because I wanted everything under a warranty. It's two months after the paint has dried and I still haven't seen the warranty paperwork.The siding:The siding team was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. If I spotted something I needed fixed, they were happy to go the extra mile to accommodate. They took pictures of everything beforehand, but somehow covered the doorbell, the back spigot hole, and the laundry vent. When they ran out of Tyvek they grabbed a cheap wrap that's notorious for leaking. They fixed it all when I pointed it out.When they pulled the old siding off they found out the back wall was rotted. They swapped out the boards, but some of the partially rotted boards they left because they were still structurally sound. Then they didn't want to replace the studs because that would require rebuilding that whole section of wall. They insisted the reinforcements they put along the 2x4s would be fine.There was also a kitchen vent that got banged up when they took everything apart. They insisted I could replace it later. Later birds moved into the kitchen vent because the damage left the vent popped open slightly. That said, they had a couple of their guys stay extra days to chase any minor problems we found. If there was anything I wasn't happy with they wanted to know so they could fix it. (Aside from the things they talked me out of above.) Overall, not a bad crew, easy to work with. But I definitely had to keep an eye on everything as it progressed. Summary Overall, the contractors weren't bad, but I wasn't blown away either. The Auburn HPH office was a nightmare to work with.

      Racist staff! The salesman for this company stopped by my house uninvited and proceeded to lecture me on how things happen in ******* and when confronted about the language he blamed me since I didnt know how things happen in ******* according to him. When asked for the company name, he turned and ran away and didnt want to share his company, also called me a liar to my face. Thankfully I noticed the company logo and name on his T-shirt. Dont want this level of harassment or name calling on my own property.

      I had my windows replaced by HPH in 2021. It took about a year to complete the project. The product itself is pretty solid. However the management I dealt with was the worst that I have ever experienced. The only reason I rated 2 stars instead of one is because of the product value itself, the associate which sold us the product and installers were at par. When dealing with the customer support in scheduling replacement of miscut windows however was terrible. I ended up starting to pay before the project was complete due to multiple wrong window measurements and wrong style of order on a couple took an inordinate amount of time. I have a lot of patience and would not have felt compelled to warn people if the customer support I was dealing with was better but, she wasn't. I would leave messages with no return call multiple times. The service finance company also commented that it was unreasonably difficult to get a hold of the customer support agent handling the project. She was unprofessional and this project would have never taken so long with better management. I will never be a return customer or recommend this product based on the absolutely poor customer service. I would expect a project with so many problems to be followed up with a quality inspector.

      The *** team stepped in immediately after I posted this review and has made things right. Their VP personally contacted me and since followed up after their rework crew, ******************** and **** made all repairs (and a few more that I wasn't aware of) to assure their work was up to par. I commend them for their efforts trying to make things right.

      My roof was installed Feb. 7th. There was an immediate problem with all the corners. The shingles were buckled lifting them up instead of laying flat. Since there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee I wasn't going to pay for the project until it was made right. This is when **** gets involved pressuring me to pay. Guaranteeing that if I waited 6 months and the shingles didn't calm down they would come and fix them. Along with they followed their specks, as though that would mean something to me. And they were a family business and that it was important to make things right. Even guilting with they couldn't pay their people if I refused to pay. It went on and on until I gave in and paid the $17,757.00 for the roof. It has been 6 months and there is no change in the shingles. I called **** **** 22nd and he said he would have someone get in touch within a week. On Aug. 2nd I called again and this time no answer so I left a message. No reply. It has now been 4 weeks, nothing. I feel like this has been a long path of empty promises, and that I deserve better. If I would ever want to sell this house the roof is the first thing that would have to be repaired. The metal strip under the first layer of shingles is warping. And there is bear wood exposed between the roof and the gutters. Right now it feels like a disaster.
