      After a stressful financial situation, I had to obtain a judgment against a dis-honest individual. Fortunately, they were able to get it paid and I'm finally able to close this chapter of my life. Thank you!!

      The entire time during Covid in 2020 I was being harassed by ***** and her colleagues at Accelerated for past-due medical debt. I had a payment plan set up with them but then my father things changed. All this during covid, ***** who is currently the listed collector on the account did not care about anything I had going on. Long story short *********************************************************** December and still have to owe. Before I tried to get charity but was told I did not qualify I tried several times and still kept getting denied. I lost my job after my dad died, I just couldn't take it anymore was depressed and still suffering from PTSD. I do not have any family here it was just my father and me, he got sick was already battling ALS. Accelerates lawyer still submitted the documents to the court and now here we are. I'm asking for another payment plan again because I just got a new job two weeks ago and are they are trying to take all my money. Here is the thing, if someone lost their job and was out of work the entire 2021. My focus was maintaining my roof over my head the last thing I'm worried about is a collection debt that shouldn't even be in collections, medical debt should never go that is just pure heartless and you have no soul if you think it's cool to collect money based off someone's life. How I look at it. Now I have garnishment writ of garnishment, I called collections of course they send me to the lawyer who of course is not helpful he is all about the $$$ so why would he care to help me? When he answered the phone sounded like was sleeping, told me he will talk to accelerate tonight (1/26/2022) It's now Friday 1/28/2022 and they still have not called me back or replied to my follow-up email. They are purposely doing that so that they can collect from my first check at my new job. How embarrassing for me to have my job know that I was being sued and they will need to involve them now.       My daughter got very sick as a result of COVID. During her recovery she stayed with us in Texas for approximately 3 months. Prior to coming to stay with us, she was treated at ******** Clinic, one of the few places that would see a possible COVID patient. She has ***** Insurance and paid her co-pay at the time of the visits. Due to COVID or the fact that she was recovering in Texas, she never even received a bill or the courtesy of a call from ********. Then the nasty-grams from this organization started. We asked for an invoice to back up the claim that we owed more money from visits that were covered under insurance and co-pays but they would not provide them. This just reflects poorly on ********. My daughter is now seeking health care elsewhere thanks to Accelerated. Yes, they intimated my daugther into paying another $50 in medical bills that may or may not have been due as they were unwilling to provide any evidence and they cost ******** $1,000s in future business.
