This car wash service will make up new rules to prevent certain vehicles from going in. Management will be rude to you during service and upper management won't help you at all. Absolutely horrible customer service for a big company.Review from Elisabeth H

I have literally recently gotten a monthly membership at this car wash and only been in there three times and out of the three times my tire got stuck and Ive had tire pressure issues ever since! My tire light keeps coming on. Not to mention all the scratches on my expensive car and all the little cracks on my windshield size of sand. You might think youre getting a good deal on a car wash but in the end youre going to end up with thousands of dollars of damage all over your car. Thats $50 a month membership is probably going to cost me thousands now since Ive had issues with my tire pressure sensor and my whole entire car scratched up my biggest regret is wishing I never ever signed up for this and I know for a fact they wont take responsibility for the damages. Or the fact they dont answer their phone ever, or call you back on their customer service line they have.Review from Kathy E

The employees at this Brown Bear Car Wash were exceptionally helpful, pleasant, and professional both times I visited. I'd never used such a car washing service before, and the first employee, a native Spanish speaker whose name I didn't catch, went out of his way to clearly explain everything to me. And he continued helping me when I didn't understand a couple of things. The next time I used this service, ******* was also extremely helpful when I'd forgotten several features of the car wash. He even lent me some cloths to wipe down my car afterwards. I know this isn't World Peace, but it made my mundane task easier and more pleasant. (My car was in a fender ****** so I can't run it through an automatic car wash.) I taught Business English for 10 years, and these employees would be stellar examples of how to operate a business. They should be trainers of other Brown Bear employees!Review from Grace A

Always on time and always takes care of my truck. Will keep getting it detailed in the future. Great service and friendly employees
