I was given inaccurate information prior to spending money here. Only after I had allowed services to be done and spent a large sum of money did I find I had received dishonest statements and assessments by the employees there. Although this may not happen every time someone gets services here, once is enough to set a reputation of dishonest service and lack of integrity. I called to discuss my frustration and was met with no resolutions, just that after 10 minutes of silence on the other end of the phone the employee said they will find who said it and ask them about it. I don't want to play he-said-she-said, I already paid, they obviously won't do anything about it, at the very least I just wanted accountability to be taken or some resolution provided which was not. I will do my best to make sure others are aware of the ****** before receiving service here. Very disappointed in what could have otherwise been a great experience.

Hi *******, we are sorry you are unsatisfied with our performance. The vehicle brought in was previously wrecked and repaired at another shop, it turned out that what the previous shop did not fix was related to the brake itself, not damage from the collision. Our service provider refused to put that the brake was related to the collision on an invoice, as our findings showed normal wear & tear on the brake. We are sorry that this upset you, please let us know what we an do to satisfy your visit to our shop. Thank you.

Hello, I reached out to your shop again and left a message. Havent heard back since then. It looks like we are unable to connect. The information you are commenting is inaccurate. I never had it repaired at another shop. Which is obvious by looking at the vehicle. So again we are dealing with inaccurate and manipulated information. I never asked brakes to be put as related to the accident. I asked for help assessing what was wrong with the vehicle as Im not a mechanic. I was TOLD that the brakes being unevenly worn could have been impacted by the collision. I asked plenty of questions about how are we sure thats related or is that separate? And was told it ABSOLUTELY makes sense to be related. I then said okay Ill send that information over to insurance and see if theyll cover it. I was told it would be written on the invoice that prior to the accident I had no problems and following it there were issues. And also that the wear was uneven on the rear brakes that coincided with where I stated I was hit PRIOR to the inspection. My issue has nothing to do with me wanting something written that isnt true. My issue is that prior to me authorizing the repairs I was told it was related and was going to be notated as such, just to find out it was an outright lie which I assume was used to gain my authorization for the repair. The really unfortunate thing is I was just looking for guidance and needed repairs regardless. and unfortunately trusted your company would act in integrity but instead was met with a bait and switch. Not only that, but when Im expressing my frustration Im left with silence. And all I hear from you is justification and blame on the customer which further proves my statement. I dont need false apologies and justification. I paid for my service, there is no reason to try to put my character in question when it is yours that is lacking. Claiming I am upset because your technician wouldnt lie for me. I NEVER asked for anything that wasnt accurate to be said. I do not wish to speak to you or your company further with this kind of response blaming me for your actions.
