Don't ever come here for service. I purchased vehicle in this dealership, but serviced it in much closer one. Then comes a day when I want to turn my lease into purchase. I thought combine it with service, while I'm negotiating is a good idea. Wrong. Absolutely wrong.This guys did the service and few days later my engine died leaking oil all around. I called "Chevrolet of Bellevue" from random parking lot asking them to tow me to their service and fix it. They R E F U S E. So I called my dealership in ******** and everything was arranged in a matter of minutes.So, at the end of the day: I got no car for about a month. I got lucky they upsell me with manufacturers warranty, otherwise it'll cost me ~$4k to fix. This clowns did even bother to call me and say "this is not how we do things here", but it was about it - absolutely pathetic. Sales - are great (especially ******). Service - don't go, don't do yourself a tons of unnecessary problems.Review from Josef M

**** and the parts manager at Cadillac parts department were really rude, unprofessional, impolite and disrespectful behavior. Called in to get the price for part asked for part number hang up on me two times without let me finish my statement, talked to his manager was same worst experience ever.Review from Fred J

I recently purchased a Lyriq from Cadillac of Bellevue and the experience was positive in all my interactions . My salesperson *************************** was excellent in every way, availability for questions, reaching out when new information became available and during the closing of the sale. My time with ************************* the sales manager was likewise positive in every way including finalizing the sale and trade in discussions. I highly recommend Cadillac of Bellevue.Review from Andy H

They are really fantastic. I had a car that needed some work , they give me a loaner no charge repair work was absolutely free and made sure that I was completely satisfied , superb service fantastic handoff at no time did they let me simply dangle they took care of me every step of the way I will definitely be doing business with them again.Review from Linda M

Amazing service from the first email to delivery and beyond. I am from a small town on the coast and didn’t want to drive to the city to buy a car. Rebecca F***** not only helped me get a great deal, but she delivered the car herself. She went through all the details about the car and took her time with everything. I would highly recommend her when you are looking for your next car.
