I purchased my vehicle with you all on or around August 8, 2023. On August 21, 2023 I called you reporting I heard a loud noise while reversing my vehicle. On August 22, 2023 I brought my vehicle to ******** Pro/Max for an estimate of repairs needed and I supplied proof of that to you all at my appointment on August 28th as I rescheduled the appointment. Per the assessment of the vehicle, I have attached the required repairs needed, when I brought the vehicle in on August 28th you all replaced the brake pads only and said the calipers did not need to be repaired or replaced. However, the noise is so loud I cannot drive the vehicle. I have received complaints from my neighbors that the noise is so loud I'm waking up neighbors in the morning when I leave for work. The noise is extremely unbearable to the point no one will ride with me as they feel unsafe. You told me this is normal, and it would continue, this is not normal, and the noise is too loud, and something needs to be done. I have contacted ***** October 22nd and 23rd. I have not received a phone call back and at this point you all are not taking accountability. I have filed a general consumer complaint with the state. These repairs need to be done immediately. I addressed this immediately with you all. The issue continues. Please contact me to find a solution.
