These people are the most shadiest Law Firm I have ever dealt with to resolve a debit i had with **** of America. They were in negotiations with my attorney with ************************************* at the time back in 2018. At some point afterwards a settlement was not resolved with one of the accounts. I received a letter through my employer's HR payroll department post dated Sept. 12 which I received the 20th of Sept stating an order of garnishment of wages, 6yrs. later. So I reached out to ******************************************* and a woman named ********* ext. 229 to resolve the issue outside the garnishment order. I explained at no point in time was I aware or contacted that the mediation/ settlement offer was not settled and only now that I'm getting this copy of a court order of garnishment. ********* pretty much told me that they didn't have to reach out and that it was public records. I told her ok, but how am I supposed to know that if I wasn't aware of the situation. All she did is deflect and wanted to set up a payment arrangement which I was willing to do under the agreement that they send a notify letter to my employer to stop the garnishment which she wasn't willing to do! They are the epitome of crooked and shady attorneys!! If I could they would receive a no Star rating from me!

No one gets back to you on anything. I have made so many attempts to communicate and nothing. Yet, they want to garnish my wages and I am trying desperately to work something out but again, they just ignore you.

This office is horrible. Even though they reach out to you and at first told me my first payment that was agreed on never came thru. I called my bank and they told me it has nothing to do with us and something with their system. So I called **** back at the extension 138 told her that she persisted I make a payment as promised. So okay I paid another payment, tonight I got a text message from Amex saying their was two payments received. This office not only lied to me but double charged me. This went to court and was notarized as to what I pay and promise. I would like to talk to someone above this women and or *** this facility just like they ***d me. We are living hard times right now covid hasn't been any help. All they care about is money when everything is sky rocketing once again. These people don't care about humans lives, but double charging someone thats just messed up. I left her a message tonight and if she fixes her mistake I will change my review if not seems like I won't be the only one. I think its time to fight back and let these companies take advantage of people. If I could give these people 0 stars I would!!

Extremely rude and unhelpful case manager. I do my part but had some questions and concerns I was kindly asking about and she would not allow me to hardly speak as if she was intending an argument with me. I tried when she stopped talking each time to express my concerns and questions as she intentionally continued to cut me off and argue not wanting to hear anything I had said. I am doing my part on keeping up my payments but definatly do not want to speak to her again I am so unhappy with my experience speaking with her.

Garnish my wages 2 years ago they got what they wanted paid in full. I have my company record's on each paycheck,and some how they are saying they are gonna do it again for the same amount 2 years later?! How are they not keeping track of what's paid? What kind of collection's lawyers are they and how are they taking me to court with an old address for the same shit!?
