              Our ductwork failed after being installed 2 yrs ago. *** contacted the company 4 times over the last week and they have it on record. No one is getting back to me. Even though they said someone will contact me. Meanwhile my childs room is ice cold because hes not getting any heat.

              i had my old tired heat pump and air handler replaced. I was quoted an expected price. Upon researching, I opted for a more efficient model that was quieter. The install crew were very professional and respectful. I watched the entire process and they had no problems with my many questions. It took most of the day and when they left the system was operating perfectly. I would recommend CSM to anyone.
