Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist

Better Business Bureau (BBB) Serving Western VA is currently seeking a Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist to work in our Roanoke office. 

This is a part-time position (25-30 hours per week) and offers schedule flexibility.

You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, accurate data entry, answering phones, record maintenance, record keeping, and various other related responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly self-motivated and dependable
  • High degree of professionalism
