Went to this dealership, tall white guy, brown hair, white T Shirt was detailing cars in parking lot. I looked at a black BMW, he said it was not ready yet, would be next week. I told him I was interested & was going to give him my card, I was interested enough to leave a deposit. Car was unlocked, had no tags, (& ON A CAR LOT) I hear yelling at me to get out of car. Said 'I wouldn't just walk up & sit in your car, I told you it wasn't ready until next week'. I'm thinking 'THIS IS A CAR DEALERSHIP' This escalated to the point I didn't feel comfortable & left. I've never been treated like this before- not sure what was in the car or what deal was, but it should have been locked up if this was a big deal. WORST customer service- EVER!!!

As you were told when you looked at the vehicle initially it was not ready for sale. Our personal belongings were still in that car and you thought it was okay to just start yanking on car doors and telling me in quote "I can do whatever the **** I want". That type of behavior is not appropriate or accepted at ,my business. After your threatening emails of a fist fight, the proper authorities have been notified to get you banned from the property. I purchased a MB from exclusive imports. I brought it to two mechanics who told me it needed a new engine as block was patched and leaking. When I asked if I could return the car, I was told that I bought it as is and too bad for me. I lost 7K.Exclusive Imports, LLC Response

Exclusive Imports spoke to you several times in regards to this. You bought the vehicle sight unseen and was even offered the warranty with the vehicle. We provide warranties through a third party company for used vehicles because we all would like to have that peace of mind when purchasing a used car. You denied the warranty coverage and wanted a discount. We helped you out as much as possible. You drove the vehicle to Richmond with no issues. So the mechanics are trying to get you for your money when they are telling you it needs an engine. The vehicle drove all the way to Richmond and every else you need it to go. We had offered you to bring the vehicle back to get checked out at our mechanics shop to see what they would do for the both of us. The vehicle runs and drives as you confirmed several times with us. You claimed as your only issue was a little oil drip. We tried to come to terms to help out on both ends but you did not want to take the extra steps. We are sorry for your inconvenience and troubles.Review from David L

Last month I bought a Volkswagen from Exclusive Imports. It was a very good experience and I am very happy with the car. Armin was fair with the price and was a very easy person to deal with. You know how used car sales people have a reputation for not being trustworthy? That is not the case here and would highly recommend you check out Exclusive Imports. I bought a pre-owned vehicle here over the summer of 2021 and the experience was great. First, no sales pressure. The cars basically sell themselves. You test drive them and you can tell these cars seem to be in tip-top shape. Two, no problems with the car itself. I checked out CarFax before I bought and all seemed to check out fine after I bought it because I took it took a local mechanic to do any work that it needed and the mechanic said his multi-point inspection indicated everything looked OK. Since then I changed some minor items just because I thought it would need it (filters, cabin air filters, etc.) but even the parts I replaced seemed to have been in good condition. Finally, when I did go to the DMV to register there were no unexpected title issues or anything of that sort. Great experience and I'll definitely go back for my next vehicle to Exclusive Imports (Roanoke).Review from DAVID T

Do not spend your time or money at this business. The vehicles are not what they advertise. Pictures are very deceiving. The salesperson is dishonest. If you choose to go there, you better have the car inspected top to bottom before purchasing.Exclusive Imports, LLC Response

Exclusive Imports LLC definitely will not do business with disrespectful people. From the moment you and your husband stepped foot on our premises you guys acted like you owned it because you had "cash in hand". We gave you a deal on the vehicle and you wanted a cheaper price and we kindly denied your offer and asked your husband to leave due to his rude responses. Thank you for your time and visiting our dealership.
